Modi is no different. He is busy licking SajjadLone's a$$. He has severely demoralized army already, by insulting them in kashmir valley for muslim votes(he got danda in his a$$ from kashmiri pandits as a result, he deserves it). He even prosecuted Army soldiers for killing kashmiri stone-pelters. He will goto any length to appease terrorist kashmiris who took part in kicking out Kafirs in 1989 genocide. That attitude is alive even today from Kabul to Kerala. In War-zone, u never prosecute soldiers for doing their duty.
And now he is demoralizing scientists by throwing funds on foreign scientists & laboratories.
Modi is like a donkey, who barks a lot but output remains same. Infact, Modi is now promoting "Dalits were oppressed" theory, which even Vajpayee didn't do.

The plan to appoint muslims as chief of RBI(most sensitive organization for any nation) and Election commission is ready.

- He invites a terrorist with murder charges, running on bail(SajjadLone) inside PMO(prime minister office), but refuses same honour to Asaram/Sadhvi-Pragya) only because Asaram/Sadhvi are hindus and they won't get his party any funding from IRAN and Dubai(Gold bars from Pakistan).
- He refuses to meet Pravin togadiya inside PMO because he is not a muslim either.
- He abuses Sadhvi Niranjan jyoti as "anpadh gawar" for her verbal comment on "Haramjaade"(not even muslims). She is bigger danger to India definitely than Shahruk khan types, who appoint pakistani companies for his foreign bollywood shows. But he won't open mouth on IMAM-bukhari who gives anti-secular Azaan every morning from JAMA Mosque - "Allah is the only true God, rest are fake". This bukhari is WANTED in dozen cases, including sedition.
Modi has turned out tobe worse than Vajpayee in some respects. On RBI, he is following IMF+WorldBank policies. He refused Swamy's formula for strong rupee. Modi wants a weak rupee and open economy to "printed dollar" supply.
JAPAN/China/Germany/France developed by trusting own scientists, not by begging for foreign help. Indian economists are foolish and don't know proper economic policies these nations.
Indian media still thinks JAPAN uses English. Last month, one reporter landed there during modi's tour, his first reaction was "psychological shock" because there was no English signboard anywhere on road and nation was running in Japanese, not the fake "international language"(english).
