actually delhi is under continuous shield.

Good for you if you believe that . Lets be happy that the chances of a war are going down. Otherwise there is no shield and there is no safety if the gloves come off on both sides. Bravado aside, talk of 5000 targets etc. is nothing up psychological warfare. If a real war starts, the calculation around the 5K targets would go out the window just as any other calculation during war.
