According to Imam Suyuti's Hadith Analysis, are we in the final Hijri Century?
Imam Suyuti wrote a Fatwa on the lifespan of the muslim Ummah, a Scholar explained it’s relevance and context: “When Muslims reached the 1,000th year Hijri they thought they were nearing the end of this Ummah, in the same way we thought about the year 2000, because of these Sahih Ahadith in Bukhari which indicated we will have half the time the Jewish nation had, but Imam as-Suyuti (One of the Mujadids (Revivers) of Islam), who was born in the 10th century and lived into the 11th century, was alive during these times, he wrote a fatwa (legal ruling) to reassure the Muslims, in which he said it was supposed to be 1000 years but there are narrations of Rasul Allah (pbuh) in which He supplicates to Allah to give his Ummah more time so Allah granted them another half a day and the companions asked the Prophet how long is half a day, He answered 500 years. So the Imam said the life of this Ummah is 1,500 years according to these narrations.”
Imam as Suyuti mentions in his Fatwa “Risalah Al-Kashf ‘An Mujawazt Hadehel Ummah Al Alf”, or “Treatise on Revealing of the Proceeding of this Nation Beyond the Thousand,” page 206 about the advent of the Mahdi that:
“From what the narrations reveal is that the age of this Ummah extends beyond a thousand but it doesn’t exceed in increase another 500 in actuality beyond this thousand.”
The Scholar then mentions that The Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) said:
1) “I hope my community will not fail to maintain their position in the sight of their Lord if He delays them half a day. Sa’d was asked: How long is half a day? He said: It is five hundred years”. (Sahih)
The Prophet (saws) said: The Prophethood will remain amongst you for as long as Allah wills it to be. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it (meaning the Prophet will die). Then there will be the Khalifah upon the Prophetic methodology. And it will last for as long as Allah wills it to last. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be biting kingship, and it will remain for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be tyrannical (forceful) kingship and it will remain for as long as Allaah wills it to remain. Then He will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be a Khalifah upon the Prophetic methodology. Then he (the Prophet) was silent. (Musnad Imam Ahmad (v/273)
The Prophet of Allah said: After me will come caliphs, and after the caliphs will come princes, and after princes there will be kings and after the kings, there will be tyrants. And after the tyrants a man from My House will fill the earth with justice and after him is al-Qahtani (a ruler in the time of Isa, a.s), By the One who sent me with the Truth! Not a word less. (Tabarani, Ibn Mandah, Ibn Asakir and Na‘im bin Hammad)''
Ibn ‘Umar related that the Messenger of Allah said, “When my nation walks in an arrogant and haughty manner (vain manner), and the sons of Kings, the Princes of Persia and Byzantine will serve them, Allah will give reign to its evil ones over its good ones.” (At-Tirmidhee, Ibn Kathir in his Bidaya wa Nihaya,)
Constantinople, the last fortress of the Byzantine Empire was not conquered until the time of the Ottoman Khalifah, and derives its name from Constantinople’s (also new Rome) after the Byzantine emperor Constantine the Great in 330 CE, he was the first Roman Emperor to adopt Christianity. In 1422 AD the Ottoman Sultan, Murad II, laid siege to it but failed, then 30 years later in 1452 another Ottoman Sultan, Mehmed II, proceeded to blockade the Bosporus (a waterway used for trade) by the erection of a strong fortress at its narrowest point, beginning the siege and assault on the City in April which finally ended by May 29th 1452, this was the final defeat of the Byzantine Empire and Rome.
The Scholar goes on to say: The 1000th year of the Islamic Hijri calendar (Roughly 1591 AD) was marked by the rule of Ottoman sultan Murad III 1546–95 (ruled 1574–95), son and successor of Selim II. He was dominated by his family, and although his generals were successful against Persia (the Safavid Khalifah), his reign marked the beginning of the decay of the Ottoman Empire and the Islamic Khalifate as a whole.
The Hadith of Ibn Umar is entirely about the arrogance of the Ottoman Empire, when they came to power they warred against the other Khlaifah’s ending them, these are the sons of Kings mentioned in the Hadith, they then fought a massive war against the Safavid Persian Khalifah, these are the Princes of Persia, and finally they conquered and ended the Byzantine empire with the conquest of it’s last city Constantinople, all out of conquest and love for wealth.
The Muslim Ummah under the Ottomans began to walk in a Haughty (vein) Manner and roughly 140 years after the hadith, in the 1000th year of Islam, Allah allowed the evil ones in the community to dominate those who are good among this Ummah, these are the events that marked and began the decline of the Muslim Ummah for it’s last 500 years.
If we recall the different Islamic Dynasties, the Prophet of Allah said “After me will come caliphs, and after the caliphs will come princes, and after princes there will be kings and after the kings, there will be tyrants” (Tabarani), the princes eventually became kings, this relates to the prophets (saws) statement that eventually the Ummah will walk in a Haughty vein manner as Kings walk upon this earth.
Ibn Kathir said: The black flags that will come with Al-Mahdi, whose name is Muhammad ibn ‘Abdullah Al Ulwee (from the descendants of ‘Alee), Al-Faatimee (from the descendants of Fatimah), and Al-Husanee (from the descendants of Al-Hasan or Al-Husain). Allah will rectify him in a single night — meaning that He will forgive him, guide him, make him understand, and make him wise, after not having been of that description. Allah will provide him with help from the people of the East, who will support him and establish his rule. Their flags will be black, a color which carries with it dignity. The flag of the Messenger of Allah was black, and it was called Al-lqaab. Khaalid ibn Waleed planted it in the ground in Ath-Thunayyah, which is eastern Damascus. This is when he came from Iraq…Similarly, when the Prophet, entered Makkah during its conquest, he wore a black helmet on his head; and according to another narration he was wearing a black turban over his helmet.
Anas ibn Maalik said that he heard the Messenger of Allah ‘say, “We, the children of ‘Abdul-Muttalib, are the chiefs of the dwellers of Paradise, I, Hamzah (the prophets Uncle), ‘Alee, Ja’far (one of the First to accept Islam), Al-Hasan, Al-Husain (his grandchildren), and Al-Mahdi.” (Ibn Maajah)
Ali (r.a.) said, “The Prophet (pbuh) said, ‘The Mahdi is one of us, from among the people of my household. In one night Allah will inspire him and prepare him to carry out his task successfully.’” (Ahmad and ibn Majah.)
Narrated Umm Salamah, Ummul Mu’minin: The Prophet (saws) said: Disagreement will occur at the death of a caliph and a man of the people of Medina will come flying forth to Mecca. Some of the people of Mecca will come to him, bring him out against his will and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. An expeditionary force will then be sent against him from Syria but will be swallowed up in the desert between Mecca and Medina. When the people see that, the eminent saints (abdal) of Syria and the best people of Iraq will come to him and swear allegiance to him between the Corner and the Maqam. Then there will arise a man of Quraysh whose maternal uncles belong to Kalb (the ruling class of syria) and (he will) send against them an expeditionary force which will be overcome by them, and that is the expedition of Kalb. Disappointed will be the one who does not receive the booty of Kalb. He will divide the property, and will govern the people by the Sunnah of their Prophet (saws) and establish Islam on Earth. He will remain seven years, then die, and the Muslims will pray over him. (Abu Dawud said: Some transmitted from Hisham “nine years” and some “seven years”. ( Book 38, Hadith 8))
When the Army Sent from Syria is Swallowed up that will be the clear sign for the rest of the World that this is the Mahdi (ra) of Allah. This will be the time when it will become an obligation upon this Ummah to respond and go to Him because that is when the Awliyah (Saints, literally Abdal in the hadith) and the best people of Iraq will respond to him first, and they are the best of people, whoever comes latter will be among the others of this Ummah, similar to how the best of Quraish responded to the message of the prophet (saws) first then those lesser than them responded later.
In terms of hadith literature as a whole, if we place all the Ahadith referring to the Signs of the Hour on a timeline of events that will occur before the advent of the Mahdi, and after His arrival in an order, we will see there are not many events still expected to occur before Imam Mahdi (ra) arrives.
Abdullah ibn Amr said Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said: The Dajjaal will appear in my Ummah and he will stay (in the world) for forty — I cannot say whether he meant forty days, forty months or forty years. Allah will then send Isa (a.s), son of Mary, who will resemble Urwah ibn Masud. He (Isa (a.s) ) will chase him and kill him. Then people will live for seven years, during which time there will be no rancor between any two persons. After that Allah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria. None will survive on Earth, having a speck of good in him or faith in him: he will die. Even if some among you were to enter the innermost part of the mountain, this wind would reach that place also and cause your death. I heard Allah’s Apostle (peace be upon him) as saying: Only the wicked people will survive and they will be as careless as birds with the characteristics of beasts. They will never appreciate good nor condemn evil. (Muslim, Book 40, No.7023)
He (Jesus) will slay the Dajjal and he will stay in the World for 40 years. Then, he will die and the Muslims will perform the funeral prayer for him.” (Abu Dawud and Musnad Ahmad)
These ahadith give us the length of years for events to occur, we know Islam has 1500 years on earth, if we take from the 1500 year lifespan the 40 years that Isa (a.s) will be alive on earth, and the 7 years between his death and the time Allah takes the life of every Muslim with the cool breeze we have 1500 – 40 – 7 = 1453 Hijri or 2031 AD approximately, that is when we can expect Isa (as) at the soonest.
We say approximately because later we will show how these numbers may change by as much as a decade from this number, and no figure can be exact as closer analysis of the subject would show there is room for interpretation in this time range.
These calculations are more like a weather forecast of what is coming over the horizon in an estimated period of time according to the Ahadith of Rasul Allah (saws), sometimes the rain arrives as we expect it sometimes it is a little late.
Jewish calendar is consisted of 7 days for the entire human civilization and each day is of 1000 years. current Jewish year is 5777 time unit. according to the Jewish eschatology, at the very end of 6th time line day and at the beginning of the 7th, their masayyah or the Muslims antichrist will appear. Jewish 6th time line day is going to complete in 2028 AD.
according to hadiths, around 7 or 8 years before the appearance of al dajjal, Al Mahdi a.s. will appear. the sign of the year he a.s. will appear. according to an hadith, month of Ramadhan will begin with Friday and in the middle of the month of Ramadhan, there will also be Friday as is in 2020 AD / 1441-42
Is this the coincidence that when the Jewish 6th Timeline day is finishing and the 7th is beginning in 2028? where their traditions foretold them their masayah (the Muslim antichrist) is to appear, the similar fashion, traditions on the Muslims books guide that the Al Mahdi is to appear around 8 years earlier than dajjal (Al Mahdi A.S. will rule for 9 years, around 7 years consecutively, around 1 year fighting with the dajjal, and around 1 year will govern unitedly along with the Prophet Jesus A.S. according to the Ullamah), so this is around 2020. in another tradition, the sign of the year Al Mahdi A.S. is appearing is that the Month of Ramadhan in that year will be begun on Friday, and the Mid of the Month of Ramadhan will also be on Friday. This is going to happen in 1442 Hijri which is coincidentally in 2020. It is in the narrations that Al Mahdi A.S. will be appeared in the month of Muharram. Aushura day (10th of Muharram on Friday) is renowned for the greater world events, from the birth of Adam till the Day of Resurrection. in 1442 Hijri, Muharram 10, is most likely be as of Friday. So, based on this research and analysis, the day may be concluded for the appearance of Al Mahdi A.S. as of Muharram 10, 1442 Hijri (August 28, 2020) in Masjid al Harraam, Makkah al Mukarramah.
further, in 2020 AD / 1442 Hijri Aushura (Muharram / New Islamic Year) is also on Friday. 2020 AD is 7 or 8 Hijri Years earlier to 2028 AD where according to Jewish, their masayah but the Muslims antichrist will appear. according to the traditions, it is said that Al Mahdi A.S. will appear on Aushura / the day Friday (authenticity of the tradition is needed to be confirmed yet)
Abdullah ibn masud (r.a) said that the prophet (S.A.W) said, “when there is a “SAYHA” (Scream) in ramadhan then there will be turmoil in shawwal, and the tribes will form groups in dhul-Qidaa, and blood will be spilled in dhul-hijjah, and in Al-Muharram! What is prohibited?” saying it three times, “oh oh! The people will be killed in a great massacres” he said, “we said” what is the SAYHA (scream) o messenger of Allah?, “he said”, “this will be in the middle of ramadhan, on a Friday morning, that will be when the month of ramadhan begins on a Friday night, there will be a HADDA (powerful hammering sound)
That will awaken who is asleep, and bring the young woman out of their rooms, on a Friday night during a month of many earthquakes (and very cold)
Note – (The coldness might happen due to the heavy rain because generally there does not fall cold in the month of April)
Then when you have prayed for fajr on Friday in the middle of ramadhan then enter your houses, close your doors, block your windows, cover yourself and block your ears, when you sense the scream, fall down in prostration to Allah and say (Subhanal Qudus, Subhanal Qudus, wa rabbunal-Qudus) “glory be to the most holy”, “glory be to the most holy”, “our lord is the most holy”. “For whomever does that will survive, and whoever does not will perish”
when i try to analyze Pakistan's current political scenarios and the Islamic eschatological events, conclude that our political leadership is just like Pharaohs. The rivals in the departments, who are also eager to gain power are also compatible and match in worst to their political Pharaoh rivals.
in such a scenario, for the general public, this is better to leave all these power mongers in politics and in the establishment to solve all of their mutual disputes themselves. however, at the end, after all the unfortunate but most expected bloodshed, these greedy power mongers will most likely have to reach the decision to search amongst them the most truthful and the most honest.
and then Allah Almighty Will Insha Allah Bless the Nation of Pakistan, the End Times Muslim Leadership as is predicted and expected by Sufi Barkat Ali, Hazrat Wasif Ali Wasif, Dr. Israr Ahmed and several others.
Until that, the best policy for the general public is to keep quite on any of the political matters. however, Insha Allah in 2018, this is expected that all these power mongers in politics and in the establishment forces will reconcile their mutual disputes either by peaceful way by the peaceful power transition through a free and fair election process, or through the unfortunate throat cutting power struggle.
however, in both the cases, they will have to search and bow before the End Times Muslim leadership who will most likely be present then in the present day Pakistan, and will Insha Allah be to bring the Nation of Pakistan towards the prosperity. all this is seemingly Insha Allah going to happen in 2018.
Dr. Israr Ahmed is almost certain that Khilafah will be first established in this region of the world, the present day Pakistan and Afghanistan, and then to the entire world (Allah Almighty Alone Knows Best All the Real Truths)

the concept of "Khudi" by Iqbal (R.A.) is seemed a strange concept particularly for a layman. everyone has their respective self which is based on their thinking style, family and socio-economic background, their respective decisions in life, their successes and failures in life and their respective efforts and results regarding their successes and failures. based on all the such attributes, everyone has their own personal profile and because of their personal profile, everyone can become capable in recognizing their true inner-self and subsequently their true status in the kingdom of Love.
everyone has a broad goal in life that to recognize and subsequently worship ALLAH Almighty on the way as is guided to us by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
further to this, when every person is remained able in recognizing their true inner-self or the personal profile or "Khudi", the person is remained able to understand that at what level in the kingdom of Love, he/she can reach.
"Khudi" or the inner-self of every person is seemed kept hidden by ALLLAH Almighty that only the person should be aware in the best way regarding their personal profile and their hidden treasures in the heart because if the people in large are become aware of any such people who are truly be blessed by ALLAH Almighty with the hidden treasures of heart and soul, then in the present day, unfortunately because there is a wide spread of evil at large across the world, so the spoiled people which are a very, very large number in the present world, can harm those very few and rare people which are blessed by ALLAH Almighty with the treasures of heart and soul, and this is seemed that the personal profile of such a very, very rare people is remained hidden by ALLAH Almighty for their protection.
When there is the ALLAH'S Will, then it becomes compulsion on such a blessed people to distribute such a wealth of heart and soul to the people with both the hands but this is and should be happened at the right time and at the right place, though sometimes such a people are let to distribute some of their hidden treasures of heart and soul to their most beloved ones or for the care of their most beloved ones.
truthfulness and honesty are the best most treasures of heart and soul, that as much a person is stationed highest in the Kingdom of Love and Mercy, as much such a person becomes aware of and subsequently the believer, follower and the revealer of the biggest most Truth of the universe that such a person is blessed by ALLAH Almighty to learn the most honest way, that the existence of Only and Only One, True, Real and Unseen God of the entire universe, ALLAH Almighty along with His Truest Attributes.
present and the recent past unfolding world events are unfortunately seemed bringing the humanity toward the final clash and it seems that the world is unfortunately heading towards the final mess among the civilizations as is foretold in almost all the ancient scriptures, and it seems that the world is unfortunately moving towards that direction as swiftly as the bead thread would broken and thus the beads are spread around in almost no time. in such a threatening scenario which we have to observe in present, the most peaceful symbolic location in the world, if any, will be Kaabah and the most peaceful accompany, if any, will be of the accompany of the true Muslim spiritual guider as well as the leader, but it all depends upon, if our this interpretation analysis of the present day unfolding events is accurate.

Tu agar apni haqeeqat se khabardaar rahe
Na siyaah roz rahe phir na siyaahkaar rahe

Gaafil na ho khudi se kar apni paasbaani
Shayad kisi haram ka tu bhi hai aashiyaana
.......................
Dil sauz se khaali hai nigaah paak nahi hai
Phir isme ajab kya ke tu bebaak nahi hai
.......................
meaning, if you interpret the status of your 'khudi' and if such a status of your 'khudi' is not less than amazing, then you will try to keep yourself away from the sins.

so, all the Muslims should try to interpret and recognize their inner-selves, might be any among you be the Harraam/Kaabah of hearts of the believers.

in the same context, another stanza of Iqbal (R.A.) elaborates the matter of 'Khudi' in a much bolder way in the stanza below.
in present time when it is seemed that many signs of the end times are appearing, it is likely that people should wait for the greater signs of Qayammah. it is also likely that people should wait for the end times rightly guided Caliph as is promised in the Prophecies of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) through the real traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
So, here we should be very careful and most vigilant in applying the conditions:
Condition 1. people will say him 'guider' and he will not claim
Condition 2: He will be from the progeny of Holy Prophet (PBUH), from Hazrat Ali R.A. and Hazrat Fatimah R.A. some traditions foretold from Hazrat Hassan R.A. and some traditions foretold from Hazrat Hussain R.A.
(this condition can be checked in present days through the DNA test. there are two ways of the DNA test, first a base sample from the ancestors and second by collecting samples from the people claimed to be with the same parental roots or the ancestry).
almost all of the claimers/designated by people as the 'guider' of the end times will be eliminated except a few one if there would be any otherwise none.
then there can apply other conditions which we are guided through the real traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
however, if ALLAH Does Mercy upon the Muslims and they are blessed by ALLAH with the rightly guided person from the hermit, what would be the guarantee that Muslims will not do with him like they did with Hazrat Imam Hassan R.A. and Hazrat Imam Hussain R.A. and with other Ahl e Bait A.S. that one group deceived them while not fulfilling the promise for help, most likely be due to the fear of the worldly king and the other group martyr them ruthlessly to acquire the worldly kingdom. this is the question of the day, that enforces us and invokes us to ask true repentance from ALLAH Almighty that what previously it was done wrong, in the future, such a sins will not I.A. be repeated again and pray to ALLAH Almighty for His Help and Mercy with the truest heart to end the sufferings of the Muslims across the world (Ameen). we should be remained hopeful in Him that He Will I.A. Do His Mercy again on us and Will I.A. Bless us with the true guidance and the true guider and the one best amongst His servants from the hermit.
