GREECE occupied 16 Turkish Islands

Greko vessel approaching to Kardak islands provocatively, has been engaged by Turkish coast guard vessel called TCG Umut !

It seems Greks are trying to chase some benefits in Aegean with considering Afrin operation of Turkish Army.

What provocation exactly? Imia belong to us via international treaties as we already said and it is you who are now having permanent presence there, when the place there gets infested with turkish coast guard and navy ships, greek coast guard usually goes there, tells you to move away because you are in greek territorial waters, you don't give a shit, you say to the greek coast guard the same and the same happens a few days later.

It was you now who made the provocation again by ramming the back of the greek coast guard ship, you even tried to do bigger damage, perhaps sink it by trying to ram it in the middle and our coast guard tried to make a maneuver to avoid it, so you hit it in the back, the photo shows exactly that, a minor damage on the greek coast guard ship.

Lol...forget 12 nmi, Kardak is even closer to Turkish mainland then 6 nmi.

Since you have illegally invaded Kalolimnoz island, you claim the right of the Kardak islands.

This actually shows Greece's aggressive and expansionist nature. Turkey will defend it's rights in the face of Greek aggression.

Greece better behave. They have an economic and a political crisis in their own country. They are still trying to pick on a fight with Turkey.

History repeats itself. Its like Greece is asking for another 400 years.

Regardless of what they do, I find it annoying that Turkey didn't plant a lighthouse on those Islands.

The Agean Army should be upgraded and expanded. I'd also go with closing down Sumela, removing the Greek Orthodox patriarch in Istanbul and launching a second pogrom in Istanbul (although this time we should also include the refugee parasites we have an endless supply of).

Soon Greeks wont let us swim in Kusadasi because the closest coast is Kusadasi Natioanal Park which is 3 miles to greek island Samos.

I don't understand what regulation i violated so as to have my posts deleted twice.

Anyway, my humble opinion on the matter as i have said before again is a false built pretext so as to persuade the turkish public opinion to be part of a small turkish elite imperialistic plans.

Turkey is already a large land power thriving economically in the last 15 years, stay there and don't be part of this elite's plans, that wants to increase their economic power ignoring the turkish casualties there will be trying to invade other countries borders.

Turkey warns Greece after flag is hoisted on disputed islet

East Aegean Sea islands, whose sovereignty rights are transferred to Greece, are mentioned by name , in international agreements. The dominance of all islands outside this scope is a matter of debate. Moreover, although they have explicitly adopted East Aegean islands disarming status, international agreements are primarily violated by greece

On 10 May 1969 Greece's NOTA has the following expressions: "The Hellenic Government continued to respect all contractual obligations under the Treaty of Lausanne of 24 July 1923 and the Treaty of Peace signed with Italy on the Aegean Sea and Dodacanese islands on 10 February 1947."

While Greece does not fulfill their obligations, accusations of aggression is unacceptable. Even attempting to use this issues with other countries (which have problems with Turkey in the international arena) as a bridge alliance , is never friendly approach.

It's good they provoke us. This forces us to up our game on the seas and develop our Navy. When the time comes they will be crushed.

Ofc not only the islands that are mentioned by name belong to Greece, Turkey has Imbros, Tenedos, Rabbit islands and the islands at less than 3 miles from the coast..

ARTICLE 12.

The decision taken on the 13th February, 1914, by the Conference of London, in virtue of Articles 5 of the Treaty of London of the 17th-30th May, 1913, and 15 of the Treaty of Athens of the 1st-14th November, 1913, which decision was communicated to the Greek Government on the 13th February, 1914, regarding the sovereignty of Greece over the islands of the Eastern Mediterranean, other than the islands of Imbros, Tenedos and Rabbit Islands, particularly the islands of Lemnos, Samothrace, Mytilene, Chios, Samos and Nikaria, is confirmed, subject to the provisions of the present Treaty respecting the islands placed under the sovereigntyof Italy which form the subject of Article 15.

Except where a provision to the contrary is contained in the present Treaty, the islands situated at less than three miles from the Asiatic coast remain under Turkish sovereignty.

ARTICLE 15.

T
urkey renounces in favour of Italy all rights and title over the following islands: Stampalia (Astrapalia), Rhodes (Rhodos), Calki (Kharki), Scarpanto, Casos (Casso), Piscopis (Tilos), Misiros (Nisyros), Calimnos (Kalymnos), Leros, Patmos, Lipsos (Lipso), Simi (Symi), and Cos (Kos), which are now occupied by Italy, and the islets dependent thereon, and also over the island of Castellorizzo.

And ofc there is the italian-turkish agreement of 1932 with its attached protocol, which even names Imia islands as belonging to Italy(then ceded over Greece after WW2), not to mention the other islands and islets.
