We are moving at a really good pace in the R&D field.
Compared to other similar programs around the world, i think we work at the least possible expenditure, man-power, other resources. Still we are capable of bringing about equivalent results.

true..only technology is not enough for winning war. but echnology do two important things-
1) minimize losses on our side
2) maximize losses on enemy side.

winning is then upon the workmanship and intelligence of generals on both sides
