I think it's been operational!!!!!! At most they may just be gathering data for a simulator... I believe it's just a political decision as to when you wanna show it and how much noise you wanna make!!!!! If any!
I hope they convert Iran's Gadir Factory to mass produce Fatteh Class?? If they do, Fatteh can also be a great milk cow/ Replenishment sub for the Gadir Subs as well! I hope Iran produces them at a minimum rate of 1 per year!
