nonsense , we use translation even in religious matters , they are named by Arabic word because some people like Arabic words more.

I'm not sure what you mean by "we"? Do you read your prayer in Persian? Have you ever read Quran in Persian? Yes, there are translations for them but in practice, the translation is never used.

Yes I agree it is a matter of taste. And I referred to that in my comment after the one you are referring to.

When you pray , you pray in Arabic or Persian ?and even there are parts in the prayer (Namaz) that you can say in Persian .

and what's the use of reading or memorizing Quran in Arabic if you don't understand it . as a matter of fact when I read it I read it in Persian so I can understand what it say.

Would you please shut up?this is a military forum for God's sake.

With disregard to your improper language above, I must say yes you are correct. This is a military forum, and we are talking about the proper way to name military equipment.
Man you know the blood of moawyah runs in your vein how blessed are you. Now go cheer.

The world has moved on dude. No one around me thinks or cares too much of a 7th century civil war. Look after yourself and your own problems, instead of embracing ancient grudges. Once you get some grey hair, you will find out that you wasted so much energy on little stuff that disturbed the beauty of pure faith.

Ya Ali is supposed to be used for land targets. This sub will fire naval anti surface cruise missiles like Ghader and Noor.

In Iran, religious language is Arabic. We don't use translations as there is a belief that meaning may be lost in translation which is usually true.
Yes indeed, if our team of submarine cruise missile YA ALI, we can send our underwater in the Syrian coast, and in case of conflict we can launch cruise missile on target Israeli terestre .or combine them DAESH ;)

The new Be'sat submarine will have a displacement of 1,300 tons and will be capable of launching cruise missiles as well as torpedos.
Iran is building a new submarine, called Be'sat, which will be capable of firing cruise missiles and laying underwater mines, the country's Fars News Agency reported.

"The Navy's new subsurface vessel will be ready and launched soon to enhance the Army's power," Iranian Army Commander Major General Ataollah Salehi told reporters in December.

The submarine will be 60 meters long and have a displacement of over 1,300 tons. It will have six bays for torpedoes and marine cruise missiles.

The Be'sat, will be Iran's biggest domestically made submarine. The Iranian Navy also operates three Russian Kilo-class submarines with a displacement of 2,325 tons and six torpedo tubes but no cruise missile capacity.

So this is the 3rd Fateh that we know of.

One had already been made since a few years and has finished its testing. One is being built in the caspian region for caspian sea and this one? Not possible to tell if this is a new one under construction or the same as the one in the caspian ship yards.

Where is Besat?

apparently it underwater to a tonnage of 1200-1500. if this is true it is a very great performance, we must also work stealth and precision of the missile

in this project so why not work with the Russian who is a best expertise and the best technology, a Russian-Iranian submarine we open the door of the unusual technology in the field submarine, and it also opens us up of choice in the export of high technology and quality product.

If you mean Besat then yes, it has 1200 ton displacement. But this picture shows Fateh which has a 600ton displacement.

Whatever Iran unveils, even if it is the top notch globally, you come up asking Iran to work with Russians or Chinese!! My good Iranian friend, it is not in Iranian hands to decide if she wants to start a TOT or cooperation on submarines or fighter jets... Iran would be interested in souyoz, Space station, ICBMs, PAKFA, nuclear submarines if only Russia agrees to it... apparently, Russia is the last advanced nation willing to help Iran with technology and weaponry...

Iran should go for what China did... she must use its cyber and information capabilities to obrain necessary techs and rely only on itself for more progress... A second-hand technology that soon will be out of usefulness will not serve Iran...

Russia won't help Iran in projects like fighter jets, jet engines, submarines or anything close to these weaponry technologically... so don't tire yourself dude...

russia is going to need money, if Iran makes big Russia will accept the proposal.Chinese technology offers easier must take what interests us, masi specialist Chinese are copying, so if you want the big technology must work with the Russian.

as I have already said here iran does not reinvent the wheel, we will take her PLUSIEUR Decenie and will fall behind in every field, we must build from something and assimilate the best possible technology.

one must have a vision Loingtaine my friend, if iran is russia together build weapons, it will be of great technology and iran could easily exported to other countries, we will concurrency is any country for there will be the report quality / price.

our power increases more and more we will be lucky to have super weapons like India which bought an aircraft carrier, it may be overkill but for his weapons must become a world superpower, it makes us Technology and the only way to get there is a cooperation,

Iranian-designed advanced Fateh (Conqueror) submarine with a displacement of 600 tons, a significant step up from Ghadir-Class submarine which has a displacement of 120 tons. Fateh is equipped with more sophisticated electronic and weaponry systems compared to Ghadir-class.

One of the sophisticated sonar systems of Fateh-Class submarine, part of its advanced Electronic Support Measures (ESM).

ESM provides detection, identification, and direction-finding for radar and communication signals emanating from ships, aircraft, submarines, and other emitters. ESM equipment is used by attack submarines to aid in self-protection, situation awareness, and intelligence-gathering for battle group support.

Propulsion: Diesel-electric
Speed: 11 knots (20 km/h), surfaced;
14 knots (26 km/h), submerged
Range: 6,700 km (3,600 nmi; 4,200 mi) at 8 knots, snorkeling
Endurance: 35 days
Armament: Torpedoes (4 Torpedo Tubes), Missiles, Sea mines[2]

Hope to see second one soon....
