I appreciate that you opened your thoughts, and I'll try my best to answer them. I hope other Chinese members of this forum can help me in this.

    1. As you meet more people of Chinese and Asian descent, I think you will change your mind.

    2. If you read the works of Confucius and other sages of China, you will see that China is a long-lived civilization with a rich ethical and religious history.

    3. I can't believe I'm writing this, but here goes: Pornography is not cimena-verite, it is role-playing, it is fantasy. In the west, the typical role for the woman is the nymphomaniac whore. We can argue about which is a more demeaning portrayal of woman--the helpless waif undergoing quasi-rape in Asian **** or the sex-crazed prostitute encountered in the West. Regardless, these movies are just a way to get you off, and not a valuable way to judge a culture.

The private parts are censored because of obscenity laws, which if the film-makers do not follow, they cannot publish their works. If people object to pornography on religious or ethical grounds, they can just not watch them, whether they live in China or Canada.

    4. China invented, among other things, the paper, the compass, the gunpowder, and the printing machine, technologies which underlay the European Rennaissance, from which China is now learning. That is a rich history of innovation to which I aspire. Just as the Europeans are not ashamed to rise using Chinese inventions, the Chinese are not ashamed to contribute to world science and technology using Western technology. For the betterment of humanity, all human beings should contribute to innovation, where they can.

    5. I think a trip to China would speak more than anything I could write.

How come this guy doesnt get accused of Racism for his views, and I do? Where are the "sensitive" guys who spare no chance to accuse me of racism?

Precisely. Personal views are what are considered racist.

However here, valid criticism of a policy or ideology gets you labelled as a racist just because of the flags I display.

"valid criticism of a policy or ideology" like calling every Chinese member in this forum a 5 Cent Propagandist? If certain Indian or American trolls posted racist rants somewhere in this forum, I'm sure they deserved being called out for it.

Don't mind them. Certain people in this forum likes to post inflammatory messages about Chinese and Pakistanis and they get upset when we don't take the abuse lying down.

I can understand where you come from. Not knowing about a culture and having a preconceived idea is one thing but knowingly indulging in bashing or bad mouthing a race is another. Your case can be termed as being ignorant, but it still is a racist pov.

However, constantly bashing members because of their criticism of a country's policies as being racist is stupidity and not to mention racist, because those people tend to always bring in race whenever they start criticizing others.

A term for such behavior - Hypocrisy.

Again, please ignore gubbi. We're having a running argument in another thread. I called out a member for posting racist comments. Gubbi came to his defence and claims it is not racist. I even had to drag out a dictionary definition on racism and Gubbi has fled the discussion. I think nescafe is a friendly and likeable guy. Gubbi, on the other hand, dreams of a world in which no one disagrees with his points of view, because he can't competently defend his own.

Or it could be that you lack the knowledge to correctly evaluate the status of Huawei's switches.

Your other comments are complete trash and show no knowledge of China. There is no Chinese ****. **** is banned here. All of it is imported from KOREA OR JAPAN.

Take a look at this comment:

"4. innovation!! present day people think china will take on the world. i say they will collapse under their own burden. the NWO is in place to shift the role of the the elite of the world, and where is china. importing russian engine to develop military aircrafts....they dont even have a single air craft career as yet. cant even design their own processor. the NWO has its issues. china will collapse under its own pressure. i bet , china can never make sri lanka its colony. look at british, romans, americans.and their long influence and colonies. for that matter looks at muslims, abbasids, the mughals...."

Military engine: Ever hear of the WS-10, or the fact that no new engine orders have been placed? We cannot produce our own processor? Ever hear of the Loongson? You claim you're an electronics engineer yet the news of Loongson has been posted on IEEE for over 2 months. I'm not an expert on chip physics but I'm familiar with thermal management and packaging issues for chips, and the primary barrier to supercomputing applications for processors is heat production. Loongson is superior to others in this CRITICAL regard.

Loongson Processor from China | Chinese Spercomputer Powered by Chinese Chips

    Loongson

"Officials at China’s Institute of Computing Technology recently announced a summer launch for the country’s first wholly indigenous supercomputer, the Dawning 6000, which will achieve 300 teraflops using 3,000 1 GHz 8-core Godson (also known as Loongson) 3B chips. It’s very efficient at 3.2 gigaflops per watt — or 128 gigaflops using the power of a typical light bulb."

All major countries have a **** industry. Just because it may be illegal doesn't stop organized crime from producing it. your denial reminds me of Ahmadinejad stating that Iran has no Gays.
