Equipment of the Pak Army Soldiers?

hi,
I wanted to make the thread because i am working on a personal info graphic about sliders over the world. I wanted to know what the equipment on a average soldier and a SSG commando were. Ok here is a list of things I want
1. Helmet (model or other info) i.e M1 helmet clone etc. because ive seen many pics with modern helmets and others with WW2 era helmets
2. Bodyarmor. I want to know if the average solider is equipped with armor at all. IF so what is the rating (upto what round can it stop 5.56, 7.62x39mm?)
3.Gun and accessories. I know these are mostly going to be G3s or AKs but i want to know if they have optics, fore-grips, lasers, etc on them. and if an average solider carries a sidearm
4. protective gear. Do they have kneepads, elbowpads, ear protection and goggles
5. any extra accessories i.e night vision, med kits, mre etc.

Wajahat Saeed Khan did a show about the LOC last year and in it he also described the gear of the soldiers and SSG, you would be able to find that video on Youtube and it will answer your questions.

I don't much about BP vests but new ones are coming in and also HIT is making ones. Optics are also being used by now more and more soldiers and increasing. As for Rifles well new ones are being tested for past two years and every one here is waiting for the decision

Almost all branches have phased out the M1 helmet even paramilitaries like FC and Rangers. They use locally made M88 Kevlar helmets now.

Actually several companies are producing ballistic helmets.

FC,SF,PAF etc use more modern ACH,FAST etc helmets.

GIDS is one company producing and supplying ACHs to Pak mil.

They have all of above mentioned gear. But the fundamental thing is no army in world use all of this at one particular moment. It is all op oriented.
