Why do BCCP chiefs have to be appointed by the President.Let the constitution of the BCCP take over and let them determine who they want to be led by. They are big boys, let them do what they want to the game they know best.

Well there need to be a system

You need to maintain average of 38 runs if you want to get paid as a batsmen , your average goes below that you go back untill you are called back again... simple

Openers get EXTRA MONEY ... BETTER PAY ...

Openers should maintain average of 30 runs

1 Down gets extra Money for Centuries scored and must have composure to play 40 balls average every game

Simple pay on performance -

Wicket Keeper gets bonus on catches made
not on his batting thats batsmen's job... he needs to be agile like cheeta... CHEEEEEEEEEEEETAH ...


And bowlers should be fed well before the game , so they don't bite the cricket all



Captains should be made for 4 year duration, Vice Captain changed frequently

Currently our players play with mind set ok yar , we made 0 runs in 5 innings no problem , will make a odd 67 in 9th game and save my position and then score mediocre 10, 15, 19 , 8 again

Bowlers should be paid by quality

Maiden Overs in ODI = Bonus Pay
5 Wickets in Test = Bonus Pay

20/20 play only 5 - 20/20 per year.

Infact some system should be formulated where there are paycuts when they are not performing since they are professional cricketers
