Days before Kulbhushan Jadhav death sentence, Pakistan laid ground at ICJ

Don't count your chickens before they hatch! The only entity that is going to get disgraced is the Pakistani legal team!

The Pakistan legal team had placed its case beautifully. The plea taken by Mr. Khawar Qureshi was a proper legal assistance. Denial of ICJ for video is matter of routine as the ICJ is only considering the point of Jurisdiction and a provisional order there is no need of evidence at this stage. The oral order passed by the ICJ on 15-05-2017 - "It will issue order on Provisional measures as soon as possible. The date on which this order will be delivered at a public sitting will be duly communicated to the parties. " India itself did not seek release of Jadhav but they asked for trial in regular court. Jadhav has committed felony he has to face the gallows. I suggest that Mr. Bilal Sofi Advocate may be joined in legal team. Apart from the order of ICJ we should prepare ourselves for any eventual trial and constitute a good legal team with plethora of evidence.

This merely highlights that the trial was a sham trial in a kangaroo court - the decision was known to the Government before the military court passed its judgment? Indians don't realistically expect to get Jadhav but it would be handy to expose the Pakistani system.

This is not Indian court which you are use to it and call them kangaroo courts. Next time don't think that if some thing is India then it must be in Pakistan too. Rape is another example and we respect all foreigner like our sisters and daughters

Changing the name and then traveling aboard is the biggest evidence of suspected any person. They can't ignore that and if is retire then this guy also criminal in India too
