That's the sad part. It's been over a year, and they are still fighting in Ukraine. So while NATO supplies arms, it's the Ukrainians fighting. The Russian military was modeled to fight NATO, and they have utterly failed; to this day, they don't have air superiority. To make matters worse, they've run out of active reserve tanks and tapping into post-WWII stock for weaponry. When you have to scavenge like the Russians, the war has worsened. The joke in this conflict, Russia lost two ships, one of which was the flagship of the Black Sea, to a country with no navy.

Problem is with people in the world who think Russia was same soviet country rather its a good country with good military it is never the same. It was peoples fault to think that Russia is mighty military country. Good for Russians to keep world thinking they are still strong and not to be messed with. Now Russia is again fighting a full fledged military so the weaknesses post soviet will be resolved and eventually they will overcome the issues in military. But reality is Russians are weak in structure but they are not weak in will power and morale and that is the fact. There maybe some groups shown in video who are not willing to fight but that's OK that happens in war.

Philippines occupied the island in 1971 when it took advantage of the temporary withdraw of the Chinese garrison. There was a storm and Chinese troops under KMT took shelter on another island. KMT did not take action because it would cause issues in the anti-communist coalition led by US. In the past 8 years, China and Philippines had a pretty friendly relationship, so nobody want to touch the issue.
