China reports deeply disturbing coronavirus development

wouldnt immunity develop on those infected ones mentioned?

Once you recovered from COVID-19, you will develop anti-body to prevent next infection. However, if the virus that infected you the next time is a mutated strain, you will get sick again.

Also, even if your body has developed antibody, your body must be able to produce enough antibody to de-activate the next virus attack. You need enough soldiers to defend against the invading enemy, if their number is many times of yours, they will over run you. Fortunately this scenario is rare.

the meaning of develop anti-body means that the virus data has been imprinted to your body. So when the virus come again to attack your body in the future, your anti-body will raise from the day one to combat the virus.

without vaccine, anti-body will start to grow 7th days after you're infected. The anti-body will reach their maximum capability at 14th day, and drop to non again at 23th day. But with vaccine, your body will recognize the virus, and your antibody will active from the day 1.

This is a very dangerous trend if it continues, i think we need to perform more longitudinal studies with large samples for more clarity.

Criteria for discharging the quarantined COVID patients is pretty much same around the world- clinical/radiological resolution of signs and more importantly, two negative RT-PCR tests on seperate days.

If these cases are getting re-infected again without any outside contact, we will have to re-evaluate the discharge criteria too..

or the assumption that if a person doesn't show any signs of virus for 14 days then is virus free

That is a different scenario, the issue here is that the COVID-19 patients discharged from hospitals after negative RT-PCR are again demonstrating viral load on repeat PCR. This may be due to re-infection or persistence of latent infection. Though there are a few studies on the subject, they are still in a nascent stage and require further research.

COVID-19 = SARS + HIV

There is no cure for HIV.

Everyone will get it and everyone will die. Some early and some couple of decades later.

This is a revenge of homos on hetros. Why should only homos have HIV?

There's a cure for HIV.

It's a recent breakthrough.

For now, just two persons are being cured.
