Sulman - There is a basic fault in that link you provided, that fault is when we talk about not a single penny recovered means, which is not a single penny recovered by NAB, PTI Government or the big Govt departments is related to huge billions of dollars looted by PMLN, PPP, MQM and the huge family dynasties who have offshore companies and solely looted Pakistan dry and laundered money abroad.

Other than that small business men, individual bureaucrats, Malik riaz type ppl, LDA, RDA corruption and generals are easy fish to recover money from by NAB, though commendable job of Rs.363 billion.
