NCTA notification.

In a notification issued on February 7 to the Home Secretary, Punjab, the Provincial Police Officer and DG Pak Rangers Punjab, the National Counterterrorism Authority (NACTA) had warned of a possible terrorist attack in Lahore.

NACTA had directed that all vital installations, including important buildings, hospitals and schools, be kept under strict vigilance.

Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that maximum preparations were made after the threat alert was received.

“The spot where the blast took place is always under threat. Even if there was no alert, strict security measures are always taken in the area.”

"Extreme vigilance and heightened security measures are suggested to avoid any untoward incident," the notification added.

If an Afghan is found to be the perpetrator. I say all Afghans out. Enough is enough.

No doubt India is the mastermind of this attack. It has India written all over it. The location, timing etc. everything screams India. India is a coward nation that only knows how to spread terror against innocent civilians.
This is not enough.target them in Afghanistan and bomb the shit out of them

Members, kindly avoid use of abusive and offensive term/words. Indeed, it is the saddest moment and we feel much anger but still, no need to burn your blood like this. Say your condolences and move on without getting into reactionary debate for the moment, about who is involved or not.

I dam care about revival of cricket or the PSL final at Lahore.....it's simply a terrible loss....death toll is 16 and is expected to rise...DIG and other police officials are among the Shaheeds. Fact is that suicide bomber was a Pakistani....he must have had got all assistance from the Pakistani hands...he must have been hiding there in my city Lahore. He must have used all the local resources to commit such heinous act. As long as we shall have such corrupt system at our hands, we shall continuously gonna suffer again and again. !!
