Neither panned out, but I always favored the Box 'O Death NLOS more.

There were to be two types of missile used with NLOS-LS: the Precision Attack Munition (PAM) and the Loitering Attack Munition (LAM). The LAM was originally contracted to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, but the contract was terminated after costs rose and tests went poorly. As it stands now, the PAM is the only armament currently being designed for the NLOS-LS.

  • Length: 11 in (280 mm)
  • Width: 11 in (280 mm)
Precision Attack Munition (PAM)
Used to attack vehicles, armor, bunkers, and other targets of opportunity. Uses 3 modes of guidance, GPS/INS, semi-active laser homing, and autonomous imaging infrared. Carries a multi-mode warhead effective against several types of targets. It also includes an online library of pictures of targets, so that it can visually identify what it is homing in on.

Specifications
  • Weight: 117 lb (53 kg)
  • Diameter: 7 in (180 mm)
  • Length: 60 in (1,500 mm)
  • Guidance: GPS/INS, imaging infrared, semi-active laser homing.
  • Datalink: Networked for in-flight updates, retargeting and images.
  • Motor: Variable thrust rocket motor.
  • Range: 25 mi (40 km)
Loitering Attack Munition (LAM)
Designed to fly to a preset area and loiter while autonomously seeking out targets.

  • Datalink:> Networked for in-flight updates, retargeting and images.

But why US cancelled this program?
BTW 40 km of precision strike it difficult to believe

How many missiles can EFOGM carry in ? Looks a good one.

don't have any link but
it is 45 kg with 10 KG of warhead
8km range (improve version will have 10 km)
with 1000 mm armour penetration and 1200 mm reinforced concrete penetration
what will be plateform its going to be launched from...zulus? or just thunders...any pictures

A Pakistan Army team had visited Spain last year to see the demo of the ALCOTAN 100 anti tank missile for replacing RPG 7.

Does anyone know of any progress regarding this project? Was the ALCOTAN 100 purchased by the Army?

5 Merkava tanks were destroyed in Lebanon war, 2 of which was Merkava 4, and they were destroyed by a very IED's and multiple and constant missile attacks on the tank.
Hezbollah weaponry was believed to include advanced Russian RPG-29 'Vampir', AT-5 'Konkurs', AT-13 'Metis-M', and laser-guided AT-14 'Kornet'
Of these two Merkava Mark IVs, one was by powerful IEDs, and the other by Russian AT-14 'Kornet' missiles.
As for now, Merkava 4 isn't what it used to be but a newer version including many upgrades, including trophy aps.
Not once, a Trophy merkava tank was hit by a rocket or a missile unlike what some propaganda spread here in the forum.
No tanks were damaged during Operation Protective Edge, with the Trophy Active Protection system performing over a dozen interceptions of anti-tank weapons including Kornet, Metis and RPG-29.[32] The system, by identifying the source of fire, on occasion also allowed tanks to kill the Hamas anti-tank team.[32]

Giora Katz, head of Rafael's land division, stated that it was a "breakthrough because it is the first time in military history where an active defense system has proven itself in intense fighting."[33] During the war, Trophy validated itself in dozens of events, protecting tanks and crews over three weeks of high-threat maneuvering operations in built-up areas without a single hit to defended platforms and zero false alarms".[34]

and as for reloading, Trophy should have much lower reload time than 12s, I'd go for around 1s reload time , as shown in 1:25 minutes
