Afghan,Pak forces clash on Durand Line

Real Story: updates. Routine Fencing was in progress. Pakistani soldiers were on home side of the border carrying White Flag clearly indicating no intention of confrontation but going routine. Afghan side along with terrorists had hidden snipers in houses ...and fired upon our soldiers. Three embraced shahadat. Flag meeting was already held with Afghan army before thisn they were informed in advance but Afghan army being a gang of terrorists does not follow professional international protocols of engagement.

You are mistaken. Very mistaken.

The indians are an avowed enemy, we can never have peace with them after our history

The Afghans are namak haram's who deserve hate but as long as they stay on their side we have no reason to hunt afghans

In other words we were set up and ambushed by the namak harams

Afghanistan does not accept Pakistan. How can one not consider this to be an avowed enemy?

Afghan officials said that Pakistani troops crossed on to Afghan soil, prompting a response by border forces and the local tribal force.

Two tribesmen were killed and the exchange of fire is ongoing,” said Mohmud Zazai, a senior army commander in the area.

Pakistan has blamed Pakistani Taliban militants it says are based on Afghan soil for attacks that have taken place in the region over the past two years, urging Kabul to eradicate “sanctuaries” for militants.

Something very strange is going on, so two "tribesman" were killed in return fire. Is it the norm to have civilians fighting along regular forces or was this a TTP attack gi e wrong?

"Civilians" on this border often means armed tribesmen/militias. ANA throws them at Pakistani border forces citing Pashtun honour and pride, Pakistan kills them, ANA goes to international media and cries about Pakistan killing innocent civilians. Ironically the same Pakhtun tribes the ANA is supposedly "liberating" from Pakistan fight alongside Pakistani forces against the ANA and their militias.

This was eye opening;

Mosques in Pakistan’s Kurram Agency region, where the attack took place, made announcements urging locals to assist the armed forces, prompting throngs of armed civilians to arrive at the border after the attack.

Pakistan's tribes seem to know who the enemy is and they want them....

I'm sorry but army shouldn't need these sectarian militias to do its job and fence border once for all. Its time Pakistan state to grow the **** up and become mature.

We have gone through this some many times.
Indians are being stupid again.

The Afghan King more than a 100 years ago signed the treaty of Rawalpindi with the British making the Durand line the legal border between British India and Afghanistan.

Anyone who says otherwise is an idiot.

LMAO, this guy showed up during the Spin Boldak clash last year too :omghaha:, during the attack on census team, where snakes rejoiced in the news that Afghanistan took over one of the two villages, but then later news surfaced stating Pakistan now controls both of the villages and all the land around it (and still does).

@Zibago @Arsalan look at these pathetic attempts at lying :rolleyes1:

Fake news is now a major tool of war..! Better get used to it.

I can understand that. Propaganda is a part of war.

But Afghans are so dumb that they use the same bearded guy in FC balochistan uniform every time they clash with Pakistan. And your fellow Indians jump and dance on this buffoonery.

These guys think we can't do reverse image search I guess.

True. It is about time they give him a different uniform. Like PAF uniform or Pak navy uniform.

At least change it to punjab police to make it more genuine.

in light of the article,pic seems legit

It is as legit as Afghanistan itself

@Zen0 :lol:

Its their claim , not mine .

Besides the agreement was a temporary border like the loc between 2 friendly states ,it was between British Indian empire & Afghanistan , Pakistan is not India. Ijc states success of states do not inherit their bilateral agreement.

Don't show your illiteracy here.

Moreover, the world courts have universally upheld the binding bilateral agreements with or between colonial powers, and are passed down to successor independent states, as was the case with most of Africa.
