100 Toyota Pakistan cars handed over to Sri Lankan Police

One hundred Toyota Corolla cars‚ manufactured by Indus Motors Pakistan‚ were handed over to the Sri Lankan Police and the Armed Forces at a ceremony held in Colombo on Wednesday.

Secretary Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa was the Chief Guest at the ceremony which was also attended by High Commissioner of Pakistan Major General (retired) Qasim Qureshi‚ Sri Lankan Army Commander Lt. Gen Daya Ratnayake and Inspector General of Police Sri Lanka N.K. Illangakoon.

Since they were handed over to the Police.I believe they might be modified to be bullet proof

Well i had come across sites of 2 such other firms.But can't find them now.

One firm apart from just modification was also offering a armoured vehicle similar to mohafiz of HIT
