Yes didnt hear Justice Ijaz Afzal's remarks for long time.. He must be silently thinking on how to bail out Nawaz .sharif from all this phadda....

I think the final verdict can be a divided decision.....

Justce khosa
Justice Ijaz ul Hasan (the other Justice Ijaz....not Ijaz Afzal.. He also raises some very good questions) can give decision against Nawaz Sharif
Dont know abt Justice Gulzar... He is mostly silent

While pakora judge can be 50/50 if other majority judges give decision agst nawaz sharif..tu hosakta hai woh bhi against hojaye.. He can swing both ways... Pakora judge kabhi kabhi sahi baat bhi kar leta hai.... Never thought I would say this...lolll...

Abt justice Ijaz Afzal...lolll.. The less said abt him, the better...ye tu pakka pakka nawaz sharif ki taraf hai

So. Its mostly upto...which side do Justice Gulzar and pakora judge go?

:woot: :woot::woot::woot::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Whoever gets the judgment in his favor, the judgement for sure will have dissenting note(s).

Justice Azmat is a very smart judge, he never stops grilling the lawyers. Justice Gulzar is not talkative, he has a very good record being judge at high court of Sindh.

IMO justice Khosa, justice Ejaz Ul Ahsan & justice Gulzar are on same page. Justice Azmat is unpredictable, justice Ejaz Afzal is highly predictable and I think he has taken a position already.

abhe tak kay hesaab say tu lag raha hey Nawaz Sharif sahab aap tu gaye hhhahhahahaahahah

Yes...i have the same reading....

We agree tht its most probably a divided decision... But who ever gives decision in favor of Nawaz Sharif( Justice Ijaz Afzal and any other) in case of divided decision.....tu public main us judge ki sahi wali beizzati honi hai....

But Nawaz Sharif will use divided decision to its advantage, esp if its a 3-2 decision...and then will most probably go for review... I hope atleast its 4-1 decision agst Nawaz Sharif, but i think most probably will be 3-2.. Actually i am confused abt Justice Azmat saaed sheikh.... Allah kare...akhir waqt main uska zameer jaag jaye... While Justice Ijaz Afzak for sure, is a hopeless case

@Farah Sohail @PakSword Did Bukhari in his arguments refer to Justice Bandiyal's judgement surfaced lately? Judgement rules that a candidate also has to reveal status of being a trustee, on very same ground PTI lawmaker Rai Hassan Nawaz was declared disqualified for misdeclaration. As per Maryam she's only a trustee of Neilsen and Nescoll, going by the ruling her husband had to declare his wife status.

Sir! It looks like that Bench's head also has a lot influence over steering the direction. Khosa Sahib was comparatively dull under Jamali. Also, Khosa Sahib is going to be next CJ. He is overseeing it very well.

Justice Gulzar will be CJ after Khosa and down in the row Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan is also going to be CJ. Three upcoming CJs are sitting in this case.

I dont think tht bench head has any veto power.... He has only tht much legal standing as the other judges... Their votes count equally.. No veto power...

It isn't about veto power but being the senior most judge and next CJ in line, his thoughts have influence and he can steer the direction to an extent(As Jamali did in the end).

Argument of the day "apply article 66 to PM's speech in parliament and you'll find no contradiction" :haha:

Article 248 won't earn defense counsel anything, same is true for article 19.

So, five & half days and all we have technicalities. RIP to merit.

statement of the millennium "Allah k fazal sy hamara daman saaf hai"
funny thing is they are quoting examples of india, Bharat mai aisa hota hai waisa hota hai in SC :D
on moral ground shareef khandaan had lost this case long ago but technicalities u never know ....

Hope he raises this when given time to rebut.
Sir, it is a judgement by three member bench including Justice(r) Jamali and Justice Azmat.

Where assets, liabilities, earnings and income of an elected or contesting candidate are camouflaged or concealed by resort to different legal devices including benami, trustee, nominee, etc. arrangements for constituting holders of title, it would be appropriate for a learned Election Tribunal to probe whether the beneficial interest in such assets or income resides in the elected or contesting candidate in order to ascertain if his false or incorrect statement of declaration under Section 12(2) of the ROPA is intentional or otherwise.
