Actually, many were stopped even when they were there.
1) Mardan ring road
2) peshawar flyovers and underpasses(allmost all)
3) Gold mine projects under china
4) Kohat tunnel reopenning project
5) Mardan Airport was proposed will check the sratus, in ANP time they were identifying the location..
I am KPK right now, will try to find all of the projects.

Yaar yeh to jhooti baat hai Pervez Khattak naach raha tha. Woh to hawa taiz chal rahi thi.
After 18 and 19 amendment, president role is symbolic. You can expect much that all president has to do, 6-7 signs in whole year.
But what about a CM, who has to run whole province? If you didnt realize here ib Mardan, and peshawar people already started to speak against CM activities.
I went to a peshawaring yesterday, for some business .. we did said a word but he said, has PTI did something in Mardan? We dont see anything happening here. From last 12 days, lots people complaint about same thing. I am yet to encounter 1 person personally who was fine with darna and CM role in it. Anyhow, thats me and My mardan circle.

I have a friend who is from Mardan and I am pretty sure he will shut your and your friend's mouth if you say PTI did nothing in Mardan.

No, Mamnoon Hussain should facilitate the talks as PM of Pakistan. If Pakistan was a monarchy, symbolic king or queen would have done this job to resolve political disputes. Unfortunately this dahi-wala is more incompetent than any other president in Pakistan's history. Its nothing to do with 18th amendment.

I dont know about other country, but as per Pakistani constitution President is the last resort after supreme court. President can forgive or reopen hearing in court where decision is already made.
And i think there is a clause where president can call help from army. If parliament is unable to imploy state writ. (Will look for that clause)
Also i am sure even in other countries king dont do a facilitator
