I mean is it in specific department’s jurisdiction, or provincial govt. or is it defined in law........more specifically, what about police in NWFP….????

Yeah i noticed the interest rates were little high comparing to other countries but you are forgetting overall Saudi Arabia provided about 500 million - 1 billion dollars out of which major chunk of that money was an Aid meaning we won't be paying it again.

There were also some projects iniatiated by Saudi Governments in past few years and not to forget about the much needed oil we received on differ payments. Overall it wasn't a bad deal when you keep other projects in mind.

ha i was about to refute the neil armstrong is a muslim post u beat me to it ! glad to see more pakistanis looking at things from an objective view instead of religious/emotional one keep up the good work
