The Capture of Pakistani Bilal Post (pt 5770) by Rajput Regt in Siachen

Returning the bodies of Capt Taimur Malik and other Pak soldiers. This happened through back channel after the war, since Pak refused to take back bodies during the war.


Capt. Tamiur Malik was from a Military family and the son of Retd FF Colonel

Captured Pak Weapons, High Altitude Gear and Personal Stuff recovered from Pt 5770.

ID cards and personal Letters of Capt Taimur Malik to his wife.

Pt 5770 now known as Cheema Top named after Major Navdeep Singh Cheema 27 Rajput who captured it.

This was a classic stealth operation.


Also, the CO of 27 th Rajput was from North East.

i do belief on whole story, because on our side we always use to hide all these stories.

But after reading the whole story, i have few points in my mind,

1. Captain Taimur belongs to SSG, and SSG will never that kind of un responsible, that instead of looking around and strengthen its post , he is writing the letter to his wife.
2. How a soldier climbing from mountain saw 11 Pakistani soldiers , and what they are doing ??
3. and After exchange of fire, from 11 Pakistani soldiers, all Pakistani Soldiers killed, but no one got bullet hit, its impossible. remembering that Pakistani Soldiers were on top and indian soldiers are climbing from down to up !

look at the pakistan flag, its upside down, which clearly proved all this is fake!

This is a military custom in India. Flags are inverted on whatever captured be it tanks or heavy weapons.

Other Examples


The Pak flag is inverted on captured sniper - Pak Styr SSG 69 from Kargil

Captured Pak Navy Crest 1971 war - Inverted

Captured Type 59 from Longewala 1971- flag is inverted.

Captured Sherman from 1965 war

Captured Patton from 1965 War - can't say what's written here but seems to be inverted

There are 100s of such examples at museums and Regimental center.
