India’s bid for ‘second strike capability’ to put pressure on Pakistan, says SPD official

Given that China is always there to help, all Pakistan needs to do is provide some incentives in gwadar, may be a 100 year lease, and 5-6 SSBN's will appear in no time, with a top secret fully indigenous MIRV 8000km SLBM named - chengez khan or alike within no time.
Correct. But it will not be named Changez Khan though. Anyways a good one :-)

Billi ke khwab me chichde.:omghaha::omghaha::omghaha:

You claimed that your SLCM is pretty much a reality, and to prove that you posted some pics of a land based CM!!!!

Don't you know the difference between the two?

The reason why US does not use SSKs is that SSKs are designed for littoral warfare and have a very short range of only around 200 nautical miles, and USA does not have any enemies near its coast so it does not need short legged SSKs.

+ SSNs/SSBN's could compensate for their noise by diving below thermocline layer. SSKs could not as themocline layer does ot exist in their area of operation and neither are they sturdy enough to resist extra pressure.
533mm is the standard dia of Submarine torpedo tubes. Guess what's the dia of Babur and why it was kept so?
Also submarine firing cruise missiles via torpedo tubes is a reality

They are two ways to fire a missile from a torpedo tube.

One is to fire cannister containing the missile from torpedo tube. Once cannister breaks the water surface.. Rocket motor fires and takes the missile away..like harpoon does.

Second is to fire the missile with wings and inlet folded with an additional booster..Booster makes the missile break the surface.. Which is when rocket moto fire and wings unfold and air inlet drops down...like Tomahawk does.

Now a standard 21 inch torpedo tube is 533 mm in diameter and 20 feet in length.

Now problem with Babur is..it is 520 mm in diameter and 22 feet( it is longer than Tomahawk w) in length with additional booster.
So if an additional cannister is added to the missile.. It will not fit the 533 mm torpedo tube.

And if an additional booster is added.. Then it wont fit the torpedo tube length wise.

For TTA, that is a Stupid Post from you .. ( no offense ) , you think SSBN's are RC toys ? and SLBM's are kids entertaining stuff ? you know there is a limit to export Missiles with Over 300km ? yeah Pakistan did not Sign but China did ..
5-6 SSBN's are not even in Pakistani Fanboy's dreams .. our dotraine is not to be offensive but to keep minimum defensive Capability which we will get from 8 AIP disel Electric Subs , which are able to Fire CM's ..
Maybe Indians have habit of calling Russian stuff their indeginous but we don't ..

Post reported for Trolling ..

Alright Mr Smarty Pants, Take a guess which countries in asia even though they were non-signatory to MTCR were still sanctioned by United States for violation of MTCR... read a little bit, learn and then come back here to discuss.

I have been long here to know what your "dotraine" is. :disagree:

Again trolling , No one can give you a Nuclear Ballistic Missile Subs like that they way you said in your Post .. and why hiding face behind the door ? its not Pakistan but India that has the habit of putting the label of Indigenous on Russian System ..

and if you know our Doctrine , than you should not have said it ..

Dude, you have no clue about your own systems , learn a little bit and then come back.

Your indigenous nature is such that, your close Ally slapped you with sanctions for the said "dotraine".

I think Pakistan is getting ready to pull a rabbit from the hat again. The Americans have an Idea what it is hence the recent pressure. For starters nuclear tipped missiles from from existing AIP subs to be followed by nuke sub. The hull will be Chinese and the power plant local.

when you get your head out if your A$$, you will realize that the world the has moved on. Yes first generation of both Shaheen and Ghauri had a lot of foreign in put and why not. So did Prithivi and Agni. In Pakistan we are now in the fourth generation of missiles and we don't need any foreign help. We have better delivery systems for our needs and the Indian who matter know it and no about of trolling will change that.

Well if you stop talking from you a$$, you would realize India did not get sanctioned for Agni or Prithvi. Build a moped engine and then come back to brag about engineering prowess of Pakistan.

We don't need to brag, we just need to defend our country. The Indian engineering prowess is so great that it cannot produce a decent MBT (Russian) or a basic ab-initio trainer (Swiss) advanced trainer (British) - every thing is imported. India is he biggest importer of weapons in the world. So much for your engineering prowess.

As far as the moped engine is concerned Pakistan is the 5th largest motorcycle producer in the world with nearly 2 million produced every year and maybe the engines grow on trees in Pakistan. Motorcycles is a cottage industry in Pakistan like fans, washing machines and coolers. Go Google and find out how many companies are producing motorcycles engines in Pakistan

hehe. You are funny. Instead you should look them up.
All Chinese and Japanese engines.

So if an additional cannister is added to the missile.. It will not fit the 533 mm torpedo tube.

And if an additional booster is added.. Then it wont fit the torpedo tube length wise.
Its another thin

True, Babur land version is long. But the missile was built as bolt on bolt off modules and modules can be swapped for various reasons including making it compatible with torpedo launch.
In any case land sea and air vesions of any missile are different from each other. Just because land version is long, doesn't mean that's the only one available for torpedo tube launch.

Sir i pointed out that it wud be MAD only in case of imminent war. And no one wants a war, may it be India or Pakistan in general.

Ya but the problem with Pakistan is they want the whole of Kashmir. If you ask India we don't want the Kashmir which is in Pakistani control. We only use it as a bargaining chip to make LOC the permanent border.

Chances of India attacking Pakistan is really low but chance of Pakistan engaging in something similar to kargil is still high. Plus Pakistan sponsored terrorism.

You can point out at Indian sponsored terrorism but that is more of a tit for tat response not because we are interested in any part of Pakistan.

All Chinese and Japanese engines.

Totally wrong, I know what I am talking about. Atlas Honda has in house engine factory. Rest of the small assemblers get engine block and rest of the engine part from 3 or 4 manufacturers. I will give you the links when I have time. smaller bikes have 100 percent local content

Modular design can be seen here. The modules can be swapped for making it suitable for sea launch
