Alright, I don't wanna get deep into this but you do realize that Chittagong hill track (CHT) and Baluchistan are two different scenarios right? Baluchistan can survive independently but CHT can't. Besides, the people of CHT never demanded a separate state while the Baluchis have been constantly demanding it from Pakistan.

Many Pakistanis are still trying to settle in Bangladesh, especially in Dhaka & Chittagong. Personally I have no problem with Pakistanis, I even have many Pakistani friends, there are thousands of Pakistanis studying in Bangladesh, in fact there many Pakistani students even in the medical college where I study, they are quite friendly. But try to realize that you can get the same bash when you do it to others.

Low merit ( they don't get accepted at institutions here)

Low fees

.. Mostly students go to china .. Some to russia n ex soviet states .. Who have more $$$ go to Europe or USA..
