I have heard the HQ-9 radar and passive sensors can shoot down F22 or F35, but both F22 and F35 weapons to destroy the AA system efficiency.It's JASSM-ER.

Jane's clearly made mistake - HQ-19 ≠ S-400, the 180 side thrust burners are positionned far away from the center of gravity of HQ-19 (more similar of PAC-3) whereas the 24 side thrust rockets of 9M96E2 are around the center of gravity as European Aster.

2 different ways to obtain manoeuvrability, 2 different concepts, 2 different systems...

Where did u hear that? No WAR, No Shoot, No PROVE.

I remember the JASSM-ER flight still a speed of 0.72 Mach,subsonic cruise missile. So if HQ-9 can build anti-ballistic missle system and destroy a high-speed missile, why not hit a low-speed target?

Longer range usually reduces the accuracy. The definition of the range is rather relative unless we know the level of accuracy at a given range. I don't have any data on the S-500.

The thing with the Russian anti-air missile family is that nothing above S-300 has ever seen any combat action.

Right now I think any comparison of Hq-19 and Russians SAMs are just pointless arguments.
