Look at the j1 haplogene in Iran, it's the same frequency as most parts of the middle east. Indo Europeans migrated into India to.. Yet they only left a Lingistical legacy. Not Genetics. Most Indo-Europeans are located in Eurasia landmass. Turkic Uygurs ha more Scythian Iranic Genes than persians themselves.
