Muslim villagers have lived in azad Kashmir border areas for generations. India doesn't care if they hit them just as it doesn't care if Pakistan hits Muslim civilians in IoK border areas. On the contrary, Pakistan doesn't wish harm upon either population. India fires from civilian areas into civilian areas, hence India under hindutva wins ideologically when both groups of civilians die. Pakistan loses when both groups of civilians die.

India already has done it because we care for lives of our civilians. Really?? India has no civilians in border areas? Yet we hear reports and footage and films of civilians seeing Pakistani shells, retreating SU30s, crashing SU30s quite regularly. Who are those civilians if not settled in border areas....migrant workers??
