The new 'Bigg Boss' TV series has run into trouble with the Shiv Sena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) even as it has barely begun, with both parties warning against the participation of two Pakistanis in the show.

The parties have demanded that the Pakistanis be 'evicted' from Bigg Boss' house immediately. The show, hosted by Salman Khan in its fourth season, aired its introductory episode Sunday on Colors TV channel. The two Pakistanis include model Veena Malik and TV actor Ali Saleem, whose TV persona Begum Nawazish Ali is very popoular both in Pakistan and India.

Shiv Sena Chitrapat wing chief Sangram Shirke said the party has sent a letter to the management of Colors TV channel, expressing its displeasure over the issue.

"We request them to immediately remove Pakistanis from the show. Is there a dearth of celebrities in India that they must bring outsiders, that too from Pakistan?" Shirke demanded.

MNS vice-president V. Saraswat said the party has urged the channel management to remove the two Pakistanis from 'Bigg Boss-IV'. "We hope they heed our suggestion, failing which we will deal with the situation in MNS style," Saraswat said.

If needed, he said, the MNS' Lonavala unit will call on the Bigg Boss' bungalow.

Both the parties have decided to adopt a conciliatory approach in the matter but warned of confrontation if the channel management does not comply.

Hosted by Bollywood star Salman Khan, the 'Bigg Boss' was launched Sunday.

Besides the two Pakistanis, other prominent participants in 'Big Boss 4' include: Mumbai lawyer S.G. Abbas Kazmi, who was the first government-appointed lawyer defending Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Amir Kasab, Mahesh Bhatt's son Rahul Bhatt who shot into limelight after his association with Mumbai terror attacks suspect David Coleman Headley, television actress Sara Khan, and Seema Parihar, a former dacoit with several cases pending against her.

It's because of <a few expletives> like MNS, Shiv Sena and a few others that ones wishes for a better alternative to democracy. A dictatorship where these <another set of expletives, none common with the former set> could be put behind bars or simply transported to a land / sea area where they are totally cut of from civilisation.

Anoop

If Veena Malik is going to be there, I think I will do well to support the Shiv Sena or MNS!

Plz God...Please no...Please save us from Veena Malik.:argh:

Even Zardari/Kalmadi will do but not Veena Malik. Not even if she bathes in a thong, I would rather support Kalmadi/Zardari in a thong.

They are talking about PAKISTAN !!!!!! :hitwall:

This is just bull$hit from the SS/MNS brigade who seem to be out of any meaningful issues right now. I hope that the channel is not cowed, but I don't know what will actually happen.

If ss and mns agree to replace the 2 pakistani contestants with raj and uddhav thakrey then we can have 2nd thoughts about their demands. These two are mofos.

Yet our indian friends claim that pakistan is terrorist we are fighting terrorist but in india terrorist like shiv sinha are given govt help and respect so shame and also claim secular country india is not secular it is double standards for pakistanis we never did this to any indian

^^Your 5889 posts make me surmise that you must have been replied on that silly argument by some Indian or the other on this forum.

If that is not so, do tell me.

Cant some one find a clause in the CWG special legislation and just shoot Sangram Shirke for the betterment of India?

This whole Shiv Sena needs to be banned in India and get rid of these guys. have been a constant source of embarrassment for us.
My sincere request to Taliban to come and destroy their HQ in Mumbai. No Indian would mind ;-)

I fully support the stance taken by local political parties in Mumbai. Participation of their countrymen should not be encouraged. There is nothing against those artistes we want Mumbai attack culprits to be punished.
Salman may be invite Pakistan but his purpose is to promote his show in Pakistan and also cash on controversies. Most of the participants of the show are controversial.

Shiv Sena/MNS stance is on expected lines they are only protesting which is their democratic right.
