Babri Masjid Case Ruling Today

Don't post your manufactured BS here, most of those stories are made up by your third rate media.

Yahbut - I posted several links on persecution of minorities in Pakistan too, and all of them were from either Pakistani or neutral sources. Whatever its flaws, India protects its minorities better than Pakistan does.

Far be it from me to derail threads by posting unrelated stuff, but it was in response to some Pakistani members trolling here with nonsense on 'secularism' and 'Indian musalmans'.

TechLahore: Not sure if you read my earlier reply to you. This case was to establish the title of land ownership, and not to punish the mosque demolishers. There is a separate case ongoing for that.

And i stop here to consider your comments as authentic since you do NOT even know who is nimrohi.

Please first correct your information.

The Nimrohi, a party to this case is HINDU

so technically 2/3 land the actual land had been handed over to Hindus.

In that case I apologise - the media over here were talking that the Nirmohis were Jains.

@techlahore
amazing
all the things that u said was exactly what was done to the hindus by the mughals and rest of muslim rulers
houses razed families killed
temples brought down

cybertron, amazing! all the things you accuse the mughals of have were done by the aryans and in modern times, your own armed forces. Let's right all those wrongs then.

Please be humane and put yourself in the wronged party's shoes. If someone demolishes your house and kills many members of your family, razes your place of worship to the ground, then makes you fight for your rights for 18 years, will you call being given back 1/3rd of what was rightfully yours a victory? Will you joyously celebrate that the people who murdered your family and destroyed your place of worship got 1/3rd of what was yours? Will you celebrate the fact that the killers are let go with no punishment?

If you demolish someone's house and kill many members of his family over hundreds of years, raze his places of worship, then make him fight for his rights for more than 500 years, wouldn't you call still getting 1/3rd of his house GENEROUSITY ??

You have a very warped sense of justice

Open your eyes, dont relate justice with religious appeasement.

WOW!!! And you don't think of muslims as Indians? Because that is the innuendo here...

Majority of muslims in India as well as Pakistan are aryans too.

This thread is going in the wrong direction..it is not about Hindus vs Muslims..everybody here who wants to second judge courts descion please do so by filing a review petition in Supreme court..if you are not happy with the verdict and present your case there..pls stop imparting, keyboard justice!!

The court has accepted it a ram janambhomi which means RSS type fanatics are free to build a temple there and they will.

and you still are looking for excuses to call it a impartial.

It is clearly a trophy handed over to hindu groups.

The court has accepted it a ram janambhomi based on the facts and proof provided by Archaeological society of India as a result of their excavations of the last few years.

Even Justice Khan (one of the 3 judges), accepted the proof provided by the Archaeological society regarding the place being the birthplace of Lord Ram.

This case has been solved after 21 years pf proceedings, no hurry has been done, each and every angle to the case has been studied and finally based on proof, the judgement has been delivered.

The last part of your sentence makes no sense to me, but as for "feeling injustice", the whole point is that the muslims DID feel wronged and they DID appeal to the courts, who proceeded to trample on their rights and snatch 2/3rd of what was rightfully theirs from them. What has happened in meting out justice to the Gujrat murderers? Or soldiers in Kashmir who have killed Kashmiri children in cold blood? How can you expect that a wronged minority that is constantly being pushed around will trust the supreme court when previous wrongs against it have gone unaddressed?

Again Gujrat makes its way here. duh.

Why do you ppl get forgetting that it was the burning alive of 60 Hindus by a fanatic Muslim mob that caused the riots.?

Once more, why was Babar a foreign invader and not the Aryans? In your history, do you not celebrate the conquests of many of your religo-historical heroes? If they did indeed invade other lands - even the next village - by your logic everything they built or did should be undone. Why stop at Babar? Why stop even at the Aryans, in fact, if we are going to go down this ludicrous path of reinventing history. Then we should research who were the aboriginal people of all countries in the world and kick everyone else out.

Yours is unfortunately the unimaginative argument of an apologist.

Because the Aryan invasion theory is not yet fully or even marginally proved ,but the invasion by foreign looter Babar has been proved beyond any doubt.

Get the difference?

Usual rhetoric and ranting ...again...

You are missing one thing, How can you represent Indian Muslims and be their spokesperson?

Additionally, the result is based on court proceeding and three parties involved are happy with it at this moment. They will study the court judgment and then they will take required action.

In that case I apologise - the media over here were talking that the Nirmohis were Jains.

But it also implies that most of Indians here posting do not know details about the case and as they say little knowledge is dangerous.

:hitwall:

The court has NOT accepted that it's Ram janambhoomi, what it HAS accepted is that a Hindu temple existed on that spot

Are you talking about the Aryan assault on the indigenous peoples of India? Or are you talking about the oppression of Kashmiris by 650,000 non-native occupation forces from India?

This arguments cuts both ways. Be careful with the application of such logic.

Open your eyes, dont relate justice with religious appeasement.

Ah! I see, giving in to a wild RSS *mob* that demolished a mosque and letting them get away scot free while rewarding their violence with 1/3rd o the Babri masjid is NOT religious appeasement? You have ventured deep into the land of incredulity.

Majority of muslims in India as well as Pakistan are aryans too.

I am not sure about percentages, but if one applies the logic of the Indian courts, saro'n ko bahar nikalo!

I don't know what you are on about but where I live minorities are the some of the richest and most powerful around. Perhaps not in all of Pakistan but certainly in Karachi.

Our three richest groups are Ahmadi's, Agha Khani's and Parsis. In my area alone we have many businesses owned by people from these groups. I have many hindu neighbors who reside in an up market area and my doctor and dentist, both of whom are hindu's.

I guess you have been limited by what you have been fed.

Why are you getting so defensive? I am claiming to act as anyones spokesman, but I do accept your generous compliment in validating my arguments as if they were delivered by a spokesman of India's muslims. Thank you.

So its clear now--

2/3 of the land goes to Hindus
and
1/3 to Muslims
