the EF config came from the US-german X31 plane with TVC and long arm canard. But due to budget contraints the TVC were never integrated.

More complicated but less potent. I don't know the perf of Gripen and J-10, but there was numerous dog fight training betwwen Rafale and EF2000, and except in very high altitude and high mach, Rafale is always superior : slightly better sustain turn rate (+0,5°/s) and superior instantaneous turn rate (+1 to 2°/s).
The Rafale has the ability to carry 1,5 itw own weight. EF is far behind. Not to speak of the landing distance needed.

Rafale is made by THE world wide specialist of Delta. Eurofighter had a limited delta experience.

I'm a pure french, living and working in France. If not to be in love with Pak or Chinese products made me an Indian, so I'm indian.
 
As for F-16, it is a champion dogfighter. The best size and excellent thrust to weight with F110. Aerodynamically as good as it gets. Overall in basically all flight profiles, it is excellent in or at least not really weak in any. Don't think the French pilot's statement on Typhoon being a piece of cake for Rafale says anything except bias. After all they are competitors just like a BMW salesman will say Mercedes is rubbish. I remember Typhoon teams did comparison on capability and ranked Rafale very, very low, under F-15 and Su-27 and 1:1 with J-10 while Typhoon handled 5 Su-27 for every Typhoon.
The F16 of first standarts were real dog fighters. As they take weight with time and the necessity to be BVR able, with the same "small" wings, it is less the case.
F16 was refused by IAF for MMRCA because the aero performances were not jugded enough...

About Rafale vs EF2000, just have a look to the export backlog.

This prove nothing you might be Indian living in France and you share other people driving licence instead of yours
 
The guy's most likely not Indian because of his greater interest in European affairs and Greece-Turkey-France military affairs. In any case it doesn't matter. Indians bought Rafale so clearly pro France and pro Rafale will speak for Indians in this context.

Only someone with an inferiority complex would care whether he is French or Indian. Stop harping on it over and over again and debate the topic not the person

The first 3 blocks (Blocks 1,5,10) were not BVR capable neither meant to be. Later in Block 15 and Block 15 OCU, the BVR capability was introduced. You need to go through conception and birth of F-16 instead of posting wrong information. Block-15 and Block 15-OCU are good in dog fight yet were made BVR capable. The structural changes started occurring in Block-15 by adding extra hardpoints and strengthening the tail.

So your concepts are very confusing and probably wrong.
