Zardari urges Shahbaz and Hamza Sharif to Fight Against Imran Khan

Ok I got some clarification on it and I hope it's correct information. Technically in Punjab Assembly, it is Pervaiz Elahi who is pmlQ parlimentary leader since you need to be the member of that parliment first. So it's Elahi, whose orders will be acceptable not of Shujhaat. So pmlQ MPAs vote to Hamza will than not be accepted by deputy speaker during counting(here deputy speaker is a Lota). However Shujhat can ask pmlQ few MPAs not to vote which is a possibility but highly unlikely.

Yeah that's the confusion.

Does the parliamentary leader (Pervez Elahi) have to order his members to vote for a certain person, or is it the party leader (Ch Sujaat).

63-A-1(B) says:

"votes or abstains from voting in the House contrary to any direction issued by the Parliamentary Party to which he belongs, in relations to"

So it just says parliamentary party...it would then be logical to assume the direction comes from the parliamentary leader.

Moreover, Mian Mehmood Ul Rashid today said that as the parliamentary leader of PTI in PA, he has written a letter to all the party members to vote for Pervez Elahi. Not Imran Khan, but Mehmood Ul Rashid wrote it.

So I think this hoobla about Ch Shujaat writing a letter or whatever is bogus. This wouldn't stand in court.

Now will more members want to go lota after seeing what happened? Hard to believe.

.
I am not sure who will have enough balls to become "LOTA" again, after seeing the epic embarrassment and downfall of the existing lota's.

That said, I think this viper Zardari wants to use this leverage of having Showbazz as PM so that they can appoint the next COAS. Plus, he knows that there's no way in hell Pee Pee Pee and others in PDM can win the general election if it will be held in come Oct/Nov.
Why would next army chief help this corrupt tola win next general elections if army is neutral as per Bajwa claims 😁

It's Pervaiz Elahi who matters being parlimentary leader. That will be another thing if some of pmlQ MPAs simply doesn't vote. They can be de-seated if Elahi wants but that another thing. Now I don't know, out of 10, how many pmlQ MPAs here are more faithful to Shujhat's son than Elahi.

Also offers are being made to pti MPAs. Perhaps Zardari n company might have got confirmation from 2-3 pti/pmlQ MPAs so that is why hamza hasn't resigned and giving statements that 5 or 6 PTI MPAs may not showed up. Having said this , they need to make atleast 10 PTI/pmlQ MPAs abstain from voting which is a hard job. IK is also coming to Lahore tomorrow to over look entire process till July 22.

I don't think ab yeh kaam chalay ga, everyone has seen what happens to lotas. N and PPP can't offer them tickets now either.

They need to turn over 10 plus MPA's, aur agr kar bhi liay, to jo bachi kuchi izzat hai woh bhi jaye gi.

May be 20-25 crores in their pocket and taking retirement from politics might be a better option for them especially female MPAs and the ones who are on reserved seats. But anyways not this easy anymore. PTI should not let this happen again.

This is in the news, that the reserved seat members are being targeted for this.

But let's see, they need at least 10 to defect.

And it doesn't matter, reserved seats after disqualification will again go to PTI, and back in govt.

There is basically no way to avoid this now.

Entire by elections drama in Punjab even happened because 20 PTI MPAs sold their people's mandate to the highest bidder. Now that PTI has kept its mandate in by elections, once again they are offered to sell their people's mandate to the highest bidder. That's why we say in urdu that it doesn't help to drain the well to clean stinky water, you have to take the dead dog out of that well.
Since those responsible for buying and selling people's mandate are never taken out of the democratic and parliamentary system of Pakistan, the stinking practice of horse trading will have to continue regardless of how many new elections take place to clean the stinking corrupt system

PML-Q all set to cash in. Zardari wins again.
Then burn the parliament along with all the parliamentarians. Pakistanis are not fit for democracy nor parliamentary system yet
