I do not understand what you mean by "features similar like Indians" to be honest.

There is no common Arab phenotype just like there is no common Indian phenotype.

Both are a mishmash of races after centuries even millennia of inter-breeding.

Go to Delhi. Then go to Chennai. Go to Gangtok. Then go to Vadodara.
