I don't know. We should know from Modi's staged antics that if there is a camera crew and a "model village" is shown, then everything is done as puff piece. It's possible this is similar.

But give the devil its due. China has done more for poverty alleviation in one generation, what most countries take decades to achieve. So full marks to China.

But just like I don't buy "Modi Kaka" nonsense from our PM - I find it hard to buy such videos about "Grandpa XI" .
