Would you give another link. This link I posted in my previous post was gotten by visiting the bolg you give in ur link and post in that blog by the name of this threat...but still it is not working although it shows a .mkz file as its target but i am not able to download it.

How can i run this file. ?

Double click on the file, it will be automatically load into Google Earth.

In google earth on left side in "Places" in temporary places you can expand the all all SAM sites.
