The UK and France are in deep decline militarily, economically, politically and in every measure you can measure power. You are a deluded propagandist so of course you wouldn't recognize this. Russia has declined significantly since the USSR, that is true. But it still has many advanced weapons systems that are far more powerful and advanced than what the UK and France has.

Are you joking? Only China and the US can fight Russia conventionally. France and the UK can not even beat Turkey, let alone Russia.
Yet over the list of the most powerful militaries they still rank second or third. They seem to doing good being "mostly crude and old".
That's the best you can come up with? The UK and France barely have an independent foreign policy, they are basically vassals of the US. The US, China and Russia are the only major great powers who have independent operating ability. Russia has the most advanced hypersonic systems, a full military tech supply chain, a continental landmass which is very critical and vast resources like gas, oil which will continue to be in strong demand.
The UK basically just has the City of London while the rest of the country is rotting in stagnation. France has the tourism industry and Louis Vutton. The UK and France are small territorially and their economies are beset with stagnation and debt. Rest of their industries are falling behind or becoming irrelevant. South Korea is a greater industrial power than any European country with the exception of Germany including either the UK or France by a comfortable margin. So what is your point?

Not only does Russia export half of what France and the UK individually export, their main export partners are the EU and the UK which would quickly stop half of Russia's exports in the event of a war.
You're saying the UK is basically London which isn't even right, they have many big and advanced cities when Russia is literally just Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The rest are wooden huts in forests. And even then, having been to Moscow, this city looks like trash compared to Western cities.
French industry is actually quite good, even the T-90s thermal sights are French made.
Russian alleged advanced superweapons existed since cold war and always disappointed upon closer inspection by western engineers. Besides, Russia can't afford producing them in any significant number. That's why the years old T-14 (Which is based on the tens of years long replacement projects for the T-90) didn't enter service yet and was produced in insignificant numbers, and the same happened with the Su-57.

That's a myth, Russian military is old, poor and rusting. The EU could crush Russia thanks to technological edge.
If 1945 USSR was on the list of most powerful militaries it would be stronger than the US today, because those lists only count quantity.
Most Russian tanks would be hopeless against superior western ones. Russian jet fighters would be hopeless against superior western jets and especially stealthy F-35s. Russia is also very bad at the drone department which the west dominates.
And again, the clear economical superiority.
A few things. Russia's GDP actually declined in the last ten years because of the sanctions. It is already recovering from that by shifting its trade away from the dollar and focusing more on selling to China and the East. This will allow Russia to rebuild their economy.
The UK and France have had the same GDP for the last 20 years. What are you talking about? The UK's GDP in 2005 was $2.5 trillion, it is $2.7 trillion now. France's GDP in 2005 was $2.2 trillion, it is $2.6 trillion now. You select a couple examples highlighting their industries, when in fact, they are just surviving based on legacy with nothing new in the oven. Their capability for innovation has significantly declined and their industries are in deep decline. Like I said, South Korea is today a much larger industrial power than either one of those jokers. Soon, the UK and France will have to face austerity and then you will see a collapse in living standards similar to the fall of the USSR.

I think they are not significant enough. They, by themselves, have no capability to influence global politics for good or bad. Simply put, they are secondary at best.
UK/FR decline is obvious. Geopolitically, they are much weaker. Currently, they are only meaningful within the context of embedding into (or be bedded by) the US.

A quick look would show how wrong you are, and how much more advanced French and British industry is compared to Russia. Russia exports resources, UK and France export complex products. (Even though French cars are absolute garbage, Russian ones aren't better)
I also think South Korea is much more important industrially, Samsung, KIA, LG and Hyundai are very large and produce advanced products.
South Korea would also beat Russia in a conflict, especially since Russia can't invade South Korea.
Falafel and Hummus are Egyptian, not Palestinian. And we never said it was ours, we just make it because Jews have a lot of history in Arab states and food doesn't belong to anyone.

The five signatories said they will continue to abide by their “bilateral and multilateral non-proliferation, disarmament, and arms control agreements and commitments,” and claimed that none of their nukes are targeted at each other or any other state.
The five nuclear nations, known as the P5, are not the only countries in the world with atomic weapons. India and Pakistan both possess them, and Israel is widely believed to have a nuclear arsenal. North Korea has also tested several nuclear devices.
Monday’s statement comes at a time when relations between some of the P5 are at a historic low point. Russia and the US have long squabbled over the placement of American nukes in Europe, and with lawmakers in Washington recently accusing Moscow of planning an “invasion” of Ukraine – a claim rejected by Kremlin – some in Congress have even called for nuclear war should that invasion take place.

At the same time, last year the US, the UK, and Australia brokered a pact called AUKUS, aimed at arming the latter with nuclear-powered, yet conventionally armed, submarines. As a result, Australia unilaterally canceled its multi-billion-dollar diesel-electric submarine contract with France, which Paris said was a “stab in the back.”

Car, pharmaceutical aircraft industries are far less competitive today than they were twenty years ago? You would have to be mad to think that way.
Their GDP stands still yet Russia's GDP declines. There's a point where developed nations stop growing due to very good living standards, then people make less babies which slows the growth of the economy.
South Korean army is far more advanced than the Russian one, Russian army only has numbers.
