Women beat clerics over fake talaq

Yes very well said. Muslim Women in India enjoy enormous rights as compared in our neighbourhood, where a rape victim is herself supposed to prove that she has actually being raped and there should be at least three male witness who have seen the event to testify for the poor lady. Failing which she would be jailed for alleging the rapist without proof.

HUDOOD LAW

If you take off your orange glasses you will see the change in the law.

Law and constitution....hmm....last time someone said that India has a constitution that says everyone is equal.....the response from the Pakistanis was ....f...the law and constitution .....tell us what happens in real....

So the same question is back to you.....

Chasma hare rang ka bhi hota hai mohtarma...jo kuch log utarna bhool jate hain....

Its high time divorce should be made legal only if they are processed through court..

Modified after 3 decades of existence (zia-mushy)?? It must have been a period of free run for the rapists.

The very existence of this law was a slap on the face of female equality let alone empowerment.

Of all the females in pakistani jail, 88% were rape victims jailed because they complained to the police for being raped.

How sad.

How many of the raped women in Gujrat roits got justice? Even with the witneses.

And if you know how LAW works you'll know that there are statutory law and Case Law. Its upto the lawyer how he puts the case.

^^^ Indian muslim women are beating the pagal mullahs in brought daylight for indulging in acts of discrimination against women. What else proof do you want in this regard??

:agree: your bhartiya members were talking about the law which had been repealed already. BUT yes by using your notion the plight of women in India is no better rather worst

Atleast we had repealed it in 3 decades but what about Hindu Cast system which you guys failed to do away even with passage of THOUSANDS of years. Under this cast system not only Hindu men but also Hindu women suffer since long.

Hindustan ka bur hal hai......

Ask any sane person and he will say...its bad...and we have to sdo something about it.....and we are doing all that can be done... and it will take a hell lot of time to change the situation here...and no one is denying it......but you have to agree to one thing....women will have to take the first step....or no one is going to help them...

And in India there is a support mechanism in place that helps women to take that first step....rest is all about courage...and its a woman who has to do that.....why wait for some law....if it hurts it needs to be dealt with....at all levels.

whatever happened in Gujarat it is absolutely wrong. but look at yourself how many Hindus mentally and physically raped in pakistan after 1947, it's uncountable.
still after Gujarat riot indian muslims r still indian and they love their country but in pakistan 60 year after independence, pak hindus r still not true pakistani.

Its same here too. We all agree on it that Countries in sub-continent or even south Asia for that matter are facing these problems more than other societies.

So in such a situation if someone from your side come up with denial mode than its really funny whereas if you had read all posts before two Indian members derailed the thread, you will find Pakistani members irrespective of our faith, we have praised the ladies for doing so.

Now take your pick who is wrong here
