Economy and science has been going hand in hand; look at each empire's domination period and their influence and contribution in science and you will have your answer. Well it is my opinion and I believe it is also shared with all Muslim. Superior race is the one blessed with Islam by God. Like Arab, Persian, Turkic, Central Asian, South Asian, African (half Nigeria, Somalia, Sudan, etc) Malays (Indonesia, Malaysian, Brunei). This is what Muslim think.

And many science are also originated from Islamic world like Chemistry, Algebra, and other that later passed through European after Andalusia collapse.

As I said previously, the White race get upper hand after they find better rifle and ammunition that was first created by Chinese. It give them the power to invade other part of the world and give many economic benefit for them that start industry revolution, while we are colonized and cannot develop our science and education through hundreds of years being occupied by them.

Look what Japanese can get after learning from the West before WW2 since they are not occupied. Similar thing like transfer of knowledge from Islamic world to European in the past through Andalusia.

Living on Mars safely will involve respecting the ecology there and living in harmony with the Nature there. And that will develop a newer form of spiritualism, irrespective of whether one does or does not believe in God.
