Qatar and KSA have a rivalry in trying to be numbr one gulf super power lol. Saleh was KSA's man and qatar funded anti-saleh groups within the army and other groups to add pressure get Saleh to leave during the arab spring hence Saleh wants revenge and this will end up hurting Qatar in the long run.
