Didn't watch the video but I would say the biggest reasons are terrorist attacks plus mass migration of millions from Middle East, Asia and Africa in the last two decades. I was in Netherlands for few months in the late 90s and a colleague was complaining about Moroccans and Turks back then. At the time I didn't know they had they had large foreign ethnic groups in European countries other than UK and France.
