Because primarily it is in Indias strategic interest to break up Pakistan and dominate the newly formed states, of course they are not the only actors in play, we know CIA, MOSSAD,,,,, MI6 are active in Baluchistan in order to start Balkanisation in Iran, Pakistan as a consequence suffers from the fallout, heck even Saddam's Iraq was arming Pakistani Baluchis in order to create mayhem which would naturally make it's way into Iran, in regards to Afghan NDS they have been trying to destabilize us ever since our inception, we have paid them back with INTEREST and I am not even going to go into CPEC as we all know this challenges Indian and US interest in the region.Kudos
