First of all one must understand geo-politics and interests in order to understand what importance the Taliban and Afghanistan play for Pakistan.

As you may know Pakistan is bordered by a country that is intent on it's demise and complete destruction that country is India and as we already saw in 2019 both countries almost entered a nuclear conflict. Pakistan has no interest crossing the Durand line but as a friend and a firm ally.. If some sort of weak faction persists in Afghanistan example lets say if the gov't is nearly defeated or another northern alliance elements like emerge Pakistan will take them out immediately helping the Talibs quickly gain control and bring peace immediately.. Pakistan will be assertive and extremely aggressive in Afghan politics not as an enemy but as a friend.. The intentions are pure.. This will also help Afghanistan see peace.. Pakistan is willing to take out any spoiler to peace with force helping the stronger faction because Afghanistan is a stragetic interest and wants to use it as an extension base making the geography broader if the eastern front was to be opened.. Making Taliban's gain firm because they are the stronger side now and actully more desireable than an enemy Afghan gov't which is a liability

I know but it is time to solidify Afghanistan and work on for peace to hold and than to initiate immediately the re-construction of afghanistan invite china for the re-construction job.. Train the emirate of Afghanistan forces becoming an extension divisons for PAF desipte being in another country.. Build multiple bases in Afghanistan and also inside the mountains.. Deploy your forces in these bases.. Re-arm the emirate of Afghanistan forces with the best hardware possible. Rebuild their airforce..
