I have seen at least 20 Indian users becoming active again.

What is the deal? Did some Indian forum close shop?

A lot of these indians are paid propagandists. I have to admit, it seems PDF Admins have no clue how cunningly these indians operate on this forum, and they are making a fool of admin rules here.
