why don't anna make the political party and run the country , make rules to their liking , after all he now has huge support , it's not right to dectate terms to govt from outside every now and then...
it only shows that he just like to act a a outside authority without taking any responsibility on him...

As per my knowledge he doesn't want to make a political party, run the country or topple the Government, but it is the Government with their stubbornness to continue with the existing corrupt system who are pulling themselves down...
