Why not? PPP remains the most liberal and left-wing political party in Pakistan, while PLNL and PTI are both right-wing parties closely related to religious conservative forces. PPP has always been the object of hatred of the Taliban, and Imran Khan sympathizes with the Taliban. PTI's rally has never been attacked by the Taliban. PPP's attitude towards women has also significantly improved compared to PLNL and PTI.

ppp is not liberal, it just masquerades as one. this party has the worst sort of dictatorial tendencies, is a feudal party that routinely resorts to violence, suppression, corruption etc. in its home province.
