Stopping a farmer trying to cross the border on foot and stopping a "Godfather" with all the resources in the world are two entirely different things. He could have entered by the sea route or may be have bribed his way into the country.

Are you guys saying that it is not possible for a BD MP to illegally transport a person into India without the help of BSF?
There are millions of Bangladeshi in India, I am guessing all of them are without the help of any MP, if they can make it into India then why not this guy.
