Russia will be down sizing their 20,000 tanks. Most of them are obsolete anyway. Russia is going for a leaner but far meaner and lethal force. Future Russian armor will be the new T series of Armata, Kurganet, Bumerang etc.

I like the part where its stated the cannon range of the Challenger 2 is only 1 mile. Their previous Challenger 1 tank has the longest confirmed kill of about 3 miles.
