why 700?

I agree..many forums give you facility of pm straight away as soon as you become registered member. may be they have limit of 700 posts to find out whether you are spammer or genuine posters

or may be they want you to stick with this forum for some time to get this facility..many peoples get registered and then you dont see them again..i an sure if a person survive till 700 posts..he will get used to this forum..clever approch from webby
