President of Pakistan should be a person from middle/lower middle class, at least graduate and forty years of age.

He should remain president for one month then he should retire. Salary of one month of about a lakh shall literally change his life. And he will receive pension of one month ratio for rest of his life. After him new person shall be brought as president on the same principle.

This way, without extra expanses we would directly involve people in democracy and let them have higher position and benefits. It could be done and people be brought through lucky draws.
