Who is more important to India and why?

Without a doubt Myanmar. India has a lot to learn from Myanmar. Not to mention a supa pawa would only consider another supa/regional pawa important. BD is neither a supa pawa nor a regional pawa. But Myanmar is a regional pawa close to being a supa pawa. They are much more important than weak BD.

a. Natural resources
b. Not our neighbor
c. BD has been an ungrateful neighbor
