7. State Leader's Body Weight And World Ranking
World leaders are chosen to be mediatic figures, watched by billions of commoners worldwide.
Therefore physical aspect is paramount. It is representative of a nation's health and status.

SEOUL, Nov. 3 (Yonhap) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has gained a substantial amount of weight each year since taking power in the country in late 2011 but remains free from any serious health symptoms, according to the South Korean spy agency Tuesday.
"Kim Jong Un currently weighs in the 140 kilogram range after having gained an average of 6 to 7 kilograms per year over the past eight years since weighing 90 kilograms in August of 2012," Ha quoted the spy agency as reporting.

Rating
• North Korea's leader,
Kim Jong Un is a super heavyweight at 140 kg. Unparalleled. And it keeps gaining 7 kg per year! Thus confirming its leading position in this manned space race.
• Turkey's leader, Recep Tayyip Erdogan is estimated to weight between
81 kg to
85 kg. This makes it a cruiserweight and in the second best position in this manned space race.
• India's leader, Narendra Modi is rated between
70 kg and
78 kg. Thess huge fluctuations might indicate some inconsistencies that might affect negatively India's manned space ambitions!
• Japan's leader, Yoshihide Suga once weighted over
77 kg but after 4 month of exercise it sank to only 63 kg. This case indicates that Japan could beat India in the manned space race but without certainty, or lose it to Iran and even Burma!
• Iran's leader, Hassan Rouhani has a body weight between
72 kg and
75 kg. While lightweight, it might challenge India at some times in the future!
• Burma's leader, Aung San Suu Kyi is a light welterweight, with only
62 kg. This might indicate that a leader change is required before any manned space flight could be attempted in the future.
Finally, some contender might try to cheat! But does any victory in the cybersphere impact the physical world?
A contender that is still struggling to place its first satellite into orbit, and that might suffer the same fate of Jean de la Fontaine's frog which, in its desire to make itself as big as an ox, bursts into pieces!

All clear for North Korea becoming the only 4th nation in the world to send a man into space by its own effort!
Indeed, India's ISRO has just hinted that it could only throw in the towel, being no longer able to compete in this manned space race, while totally crumbling under an uncontrollable COVID-19 pandemic!
First crewless Gaganyaan flight only by end of 2021
Chethan Kumar / TNN / Updated: Nov 19, 2020, 11:23 IST
BENGALURU: The first crewless flight as part of the preparations for the ambitious Gaganyaan project originally planned for this year and then pushed to the first half of 2021 due to Covid-19, will now only happen at the end of next year. Isro will eventually also launch a second crewless flight, now scheduled for 2022 before launching humans into space.
Isro chairman K Sivan told TOI that the process of human rating is progressing well and is expected to be complete in the second half of next year. TOI was the first to report the postponement of the crewless/unmanned flight and also the fact that the human mission too is likely to miss its original deadline.
As part of the unmanned flight, Isro plans to send a humanoid (developed indigenously). In June, when it became clear that the first crewless flight won’t happen this year, Sivan had said: “Whether we will launch two unmanned missions next year will depend on the emerging situations, we will have to decide based on what happens in the coming months. If Covid effects continue further, we may have to revisit some of our plans.” It is now apparent that Isro will only be able to launch one crewless flight next year.

Obviously impossible!
